Been having an issue with one of my tires recently. For the past few weeks, the low air indicator would come on and I would have to fill air to bring up to correct PSI. No screws/nails found, figured it's just low. Well this morning when I came outside I noticed the one tire was completely flat! Luckily we have a portable air pump and was able to get it back to the right PSI. Go get one if you don't have one, totally worth it!

Next, I called my normal tire/wheel shop, I'll leave their name out, and was told they're too busy to take a look/inspect today. Then called Lex Brodie's, which I should have done first.

They said "bring 'em in and they'll inspect and repair if necessary." Thank goodness! Dropped the car off and received a call about an hour later that they inspected everything and turns out the pressure pin was loose and they tightened it and all other wheels were fine. Picked up car and to my surprise there was no charge!!

These guys are honest and timely. Having car issues is no fun and glad they were able to remedy the issue. Would recommend these guys 10/10.

Our family truck was sitting too long and I discovered that it wouldn't start a few evenings ago. Shucks, I needed to use the bed in a few days! Luckily, I have AAA and utilized their services. They dispatched an O'Sung rep to assist me.

Within a hour the O'Sung rep was at our place to help; I forget his name but the dude was super nice and respectful. He verified that the issue was our older battery and would be able to swap in a new one for a discounted price! Too easy! About 30mins and the truck was running once again.

A few weeks ago I noticed some lint on our lanai and thought that it was time to get our dryer vent cleaned. We used Black Diamond a few years back and was impressed by Tyler's work and attention to detail so I asked if he would be willing to clean our dryer vent once again. Almost immediately we set up a date that worked best for us both.

Bonus: I was in the process of sealing our bathroom grout as it needed a fresh coat and asked Tyler for any recommendations. He suggested that he could do it no problem! Perfect - Kill two birds with one stone!

Once again, Tyler's price point (for dryer vent cleaning and grout sealer application) was far better than quotes I received from other companies. He arrived promptly and diligently executed both jobs in a very sanitary method, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. After he was finished, he cleaned up both areas very well. I can't vouch for this business for actual repairs but I had reached out to see if they could help with our broken washing machine. It was supposed to be fixed by another business but it was not and we were left high and dry.

After leaving a message with Goodwin Appliance Repair, within 10 minutes they had called back and explained that it would be more cost effective to buy a newer unit which we ended up doing. I appreciated that they were honest and gave me reasonable suggestions. Mahalo!
