Jason is on his game and helped us find the perfect bike rack for our bikes and a place to have a hitch installed on our car. He really cares about his customers and has a tremendous knowledge base. As a woman, and newbie mountain biker, jason didn't make me feel inadequate at all, and I really appreciated that!At the end of the sale he even delivered the bike to our home. I highly recommend this company and Specialized Bikes. They are the best."
