"This is a divey bar that has some good drinks and beer. The Bathroom was very rough. Like rusted toilet or troth as I recall and some leaking water. The barman was somewhat irreverent to our presence. It wasn't necessarily contempt though. Usually when I rattle off the Cocktail Bars I know or frequent in Taipei to locals, this one will be the one many won't know. New Proverb Hotel Bar, Frank, Digout, Barcode, Alchemy..sure they know all those. But Fucking Place I get a perplexed look often when I mention it. This is a great place to meet for a drink or two to start a night. I'm a fan."
