Wienerschnitzel

It's been a while and I was in the mood for a chili dog. I was in the area so I decided on stopping by Wienerschnitzel. I ordered the chili cheese fries, corndog, and to satisfy my craving a chili dog. The corn dog was nice and crispy. The chili dog never disappoints. The only reason why I put down 4 stars was The chili cheese fries. French fries seemed kind of stale. Overall the service was good and the ambiance is nice and quiet. I'll definitely come back to try the chili fries again. Maybe they just had an off day.

Holy flying weiner! I guess we ought to call this place stompschnitzel, I waited over 20mins. in the drive thru as the manager proceeded to have an altercation w/team member, so very unprofessional. Save the drama for later. The employee was so upset w/apparently being told to stfu by his manager that he threw all the orders that were up on the floor & proceeded to stomp them.
I'm giving this yelp 4 stars because of the team work the other employees should in keeping the business up & running during this small crisis!
Degrading your employees is untolerable, & shouldn't be allowed.

One bad banana ruins the bunch - this was the food I received today and I'm highly disappointed. Something told me to check it after how fast it came out (yes, I know it's a "fast food" place). My bread was extremely soggy, which means it was sitting there for some time) & where was my cheese on my chili CHEESE dog ?!

I've never had a problem with this restaurant.the food is always good and clean. The service is always nice(unlike McDonald's).

Always got fresh food- fast- tastes great and friendly staff! I highly recommend this location!

It's been years since I've been to one of these and I have to say, I was surprised how good it was.

Even though it's kind of sloppy type food, it was all packaged & bagged well.

Get the Chicago Dog, best thing I had and will definitely go back to get again.

The Polish Sandwich was boring, won't get again.

Wife liked her Corndog and she shared her Thousand Island Chili Cheese Fries with me & they were really good.

Even the Jalapeno Poppers are good with ranch dip.

Was in oxnard for the weekend visiting family when I was craving something sweet. Someone suggested weinerschnitzel, I said I want something sweet not a hot dog. They said just trust us. So I went with it thinking this was all a joke. It was anything g but a joke. Couldn't make up my mind so the young man daniel suggested some of his favorites. This guy was right on the money with his banana split. I'm forever a fan now never In my wildest dreams did I think of hot dog stand for deserts. And never did I believe such mannerism exist still with this great young manager. 5 stars across the board for me

Went for the Nutter Butter Shake but gave into a corn dog, all beef chilli cheese dog and fries. Besides Costco where else can you get a good hot dog? But it is also over priced. It was $27 which was too expensive for a fast food hot dogs. I also tried the cheesy jalapeños bites. They were cheese and spicy which was good. The Nutter Butter Shake was good.

They messed up my order--twice! Thirty minutes later, when I asked for a refund, they tried to short me $5. On top of it, the workers failed to apologize or accept any responsibility, blaming everything on the "new girl". It was the worst fast food experience ever!
