Wendy's

Amazing and friendly service. I was having an issue with my coupon on the Wendy's app. And I let the guy at the window know that I'm having trouble loading my coupon and they went ahead and put it through for me manually. I really appreciate the willingness to help, especially when they were really really busy. Food was hot and drink was icy cold. Shout out to the manager that had my back. You guys rock.

My wife and I decided to grab dinner at Wendy's tonight since we were running errands and it was getting late. The drive thru went quickly as the staff got our order ($35 for fast food!!!). When we got home we realized that our order was incomplete (they forgot our french fries!). For $35 dollars we expect our order to be PERFECT. Additionally, both my wife's Cobb salad and my chicken ranch wrap had huge chunks of the lettuce core in our order. Very unappetizing. This is actually sad because I complimented Wendy's as I was pulling out and mentioned how quickly they served us. Next time I'm afraid I'll need to inspect my order (unbag it and check for completeness) before I leave the drive thru. I do like Wendy's but they blew it tonight.

They always get my breakfast order wrong bruh. Shlawgalawg dawgalawg they don't gaf bruh don't order from here. If they got your order right, you're just lucky

ordered online for pickup. registered as drive through. i'm not sitting in the longest drive through in vancouver for 45 minutes. went in and explained. the lady i spoke to with dyed red hair was awful. she was rude and gave me dirty looks. she then gave me a nasty look with my back turned to which my friend told me about after. awful service. they also got BOTH of our orders wrong. it's not hard to get chicken nuggets right.

It's not that fucking hard to look at your order screen an see what someone orders, but no EVERY fucking time I get something from this location doesn't matter if it's delivered or I order it myself through the drive it's ALWAYS WRONG and no my receipt says exactly what I want they just don't fucking care or pay attention. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD IN A HEART BEAT.

I don't understand why the ratings here are so low. I probably should have read them before I decided to write one.

The drive-way getting in and out of the parking lot was the most confusing part of getting our meal. However, all worked out fine .

The person taking our order did what she was supposed to do and the one delivering it to us was fine.

The chili we ordered was fantastic. Wendy's chili is always good and so were the fries.

Second time I've gotten very bad food poisoning from here, I will never eat here or another Wendy's as long as I live.

Well I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single. Oh well, I called them back and they said I cold come back and get another one any time. That was good. The chicken burger I got with the two for $5.00 deal was not good. The meat was spongy and grissly. I could not eat it. So basically I just got $5.00 taken away from me by visiting the place. They were super busy and a line a half block long just to order from the drive thru. Seems like all thx Wendy's are that way as I noticed the one on battleground was the same way earlier this week.

For anyone going through the drive thru, check your order carefully. Just don't count your items. If you ordered a cheeseburger, make sure it's a cheeseburger and not chicken. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and were given chicken. What a pain to return to Wendy's, but one of the chicken sandwiches was so hot with spice, it was not edible. We did not get a receipt. Very disappointed in the service, that employees don't check the orders.

This is the second time I've gone through, asked for a lettuce wrapped Biggie bag deal and gotten home to find this this wrapped in lettuce.

Am I missing something in the details on the sign??
Why do I keep getting something I definitely did not order??
