Wendy's

This was the 2nd Wendy's we went to tonight. The other one was terrible, had an ai robot and frosty machine out, we came here and spoke to an actual human. Their frosty machine worked and our order was correct and hot. Great service tonight thank you

Given this location a million chances, and it misses the mark every time. Fries are cold and gross, soda tastes nasty, ordered the chicken wrap and it was cold and the cheese not melted. Hardly any ranch on it. And $11? Totally done with fast food at this point, it's not just Wendy's it's all of them!

Baconator with no Bacon what so ever! Kind weird considering it's a well established burger order. This is the most simple part of the whole order. How does 1 mess that up honestly. Running my own food establishments backwards service is kinda just a gripe that goes unchecked, But well Noticed yet again!

Never eat at Wendy's Terrible food and terrible company. Only McD and BK for me I guess.

Absolutely Horrible! First, dinning room was closed on a Thursday at 7pm.
Then they said cash only. No cards. Should have known right there and then.
Then ordered a few things and of course, they forgot one of the sandwiches so had to go back to window where I was asked yo see the sandwich they gave me.
Seriously? I know which sandwich you gave me. I'm missing the mozzarella burger sandwich.
He finally gave it to me and sure enough, when I got home, it was the wrong sandwich (chicken instead of burger).
It was also hard, as if it's been sitting under a lamp.
Also asked for mayo and tomatoes added, but as you can guess, that wasn't done either.
I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews here, so why hasn't management or corporate done anything to fix this?
Never going back.

Employees at the store get harassed (in any way you can think) by managers, and the employees bully the small male manager calling him a female and speaking to other employees about his genitals?? Thats weird. The service and food is good but the employees dont seem happy and I can see why. Also, I saw a male employee without a head covering making food - I'm good, I don't want hair in my food. Get a grip on your employees and managers.

The female evening manager was extremely unprofessional and rude to the staff. It's sad a brand new building and would never go back to what I had to witness.

Don't even bother coming to this Wendy's after dark. They either don't have food items or they close at periodic hours. Better off going to Steak and Shake or McDonalds after hours. This place should just close at 5:00 pm. This is a great example at why people are looking for better places to eat at. As I am typing this they are changing my choices for a third time.

I come here all the time because this is the best Wendy's in the area, hands down. The food is hot, the service is on point, the staff is friendly.
