Let me start off by saying I was appalled by the way the pizza slices appeared. My daughter does not eat pork so she ordered two cheese slices. My husband ordered a sausage slice. Long story short cheese has pepperoni and sausage looked like it sat all day. Have more pride in what you send out. Obviously this was time and temperature abuse. After holding something for so long you need to discard it not sell it! This is by far horrible customer service.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS! How dare you all send a pizza with a slice missing. Straight up DISGUSTING! Then the "manager" refused to give me a refund because according to him a missing slice is impossible. The manager said he made the pizza and cut it so there's NO WAY a slice was missing. Also, he "trust the driver" so he couldn't have done it either. BOTTOM LINE...they are full of Shit and I will NEVER purchase another thing from their Trifling asses again! ZERO STARS! BEWARE! They don't care about their customers AT ALL!!!

i placed i order 2 nights ago for 2 orders of pasta the pasta sauce was RAW and watery and i understand that i placed the order at night so we tried calling to ask for it to be remade the next morning and all that was told was "15% " our 30$ order that we didn't even touch. we go today for our food both to be remade or our money and she says the stupidest thing possible and says we can only remake. SERVER: Veronica 1. HOW TF can i only get one if i clearly payed $30 for 2. terrible service and shitty food.

I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times. This is my 4th time ordering a pizza and all they send me are jalapeño poppers. I understand that I'm usually ordering through Uber eats but you would think they would catch it on the receipt when bagging my order. After so many failed attempts, I finally called to complain (I'm not one to do that) and all she could tell me was "we're too busy to check the receipt" she didn't offer to accommodate me in anyway, you never tell a customer you're "too busy" to make sure an orders correct. HORRIBLE customer service

I've been ordering a lot from Waldo coony's because the food is good. Recently I ordered food totaling up to $51.36 Saturday night of 10/16/2021. I stayed all night waiting for my order and it never came. They said I'd get the order by 12:40 am and I stayed up all night waiting and the food never came. I then called the establishment the next day and a they refused to refund me or to simply prepare my food and deliver my order. They told my I'd have to wait a whole another day for the manager to resolve the issue when they could have simply fixed my food and delivered it to me. I at this time don't know if I'm ever gonna get my food or my $51.36 back.

At one time it might have been good. But not anymore. The pizza is way overpriced for the quality of the pie. As for the the rest of the items on the menu good luck.
Couldn't afford to gamble my money on the rest of there stuff.
I bought a sandwich once was nothing special except for the price.
Almost $10 for a sandwich and it wasn't as good as Ricobennes on 26th for around the same price.
Anyway buyer beware but Pucci or Route 66 are much better quality.

I think you should stay away from here and go somewhere else.

Don't mind waiting but I do mind rude from staff and supervision. All I have to say is Pucci's is WAYYYY better and the staff is polite. Go there if you are looking for good Chicago pie.
