Love their coffee, but it is 2x the cost of McDonald's regular coffee and not that much better. Also more expensive than Bigby's just down the road

Put a deaf lady on the intercom that interrupts every sentence. Broken machines can't make anything you want.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese on my way to work this morning. Bagel was ice cold. I don't mean cold from the cream cheese. I mean this bagel had to of been still frozen when they tried (if they tried) to toast it. It didn't look toasted and it was cold.
Very limited menu. No Asiago cheese bagel anymore. No soup at lunch time. Would not go back. Will get bagel at Biggby down the road.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Rebeca F.Scott Park, Toledo, OH10195Jan 1, 2022
I've been always buying my coffee ever since this store opened it's doors first. I was very happy with the service, products quality and flavors, until last year 2021, when they got a new member staff, not sure if he is a morning manager but he doesn't have any respect nor good manners. I'm paying for what I want not for what they want me to eat. Thanks

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING.
if you're going to hire stoners, hire someone whose competent enough to get one WHOLE order done correctly.
food is great though, should have a sign though saying "currently in the process of switching menus".Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Thomas F.Fort Myers, FL32Aug 26, 2021
I won't go back! There is absolutely no excuse for ordering a 20 box of Timbits and having the box they are in being totally wet! They had to have know ! My grandson took them in the house while I waited in the car. As he put the box on the table, the bottom of the box fell out b/c the box was so wet! I took them back (and had to wait in line a second time! No apology! No we'll get this right! And I guess they felt they deserved the 10% tip I left at the drive thru!

on God went there got two coffees they tasted like fermented undercarriages of a very large greasy man also one of our coffees came hot when it was ordered iced proceeded to just dump the hot coffee into a cup of ice you'd be better off dumpster diving behind a Walgreens

This is the trifecta of bad. Bad location, bad food and service. First, the location, it's very hard to get in and out of but is the least of their problems.
Next, bad food, believe it or not I've actually been served food that was still frozen. Now granted, it was only a bagel and thus wouldn't kill me but how does this slip through the cracks? The food is very below average, maybe edible if it was the final option. Worse than the quality? The lack of inventory. This is going to stun you but as a national chain, on a Sunday morning if you're not there by 7 a.m., hashbrowns are sold out. How? I can't believe the early crowd ate the whole freezer full of hashbrowns. Which leads to their worst problem.
Service. Yes, I've actually been yelled at by an employee more than once. In their mind, you have no right to question things like "why aren't there more hashbrowns" or "where is my change" only to be told I was a liar. Sadly, a manager stood there and watched these two, of dozens of examples. Don't bother complaining on their website, it only goes to the store you went to and someone less affluent in writing than a third grader offers to give you a free donut hole.
Please don't be sucked in, it will ruin your day. This isn't a one off but a chain wide problem, check other locations. Management is the issue, they don't care and this is why the chain is failing in the U.S.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lucero D.Fort Wayne, IN43444169Jan 7, 2018
Echoing the sentiment of the previous reviewer - poor location, subpar food and drink and slow, unenthusiastic service in an unexplicably dirty environment. First time in the store after it's many years here and probably my last. Don't waste your time or money.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. First off...they're supposed to be open 24 hours...they're not. Secondly, after 6 pm, don't count on having a large selection of donuts available if you want to take 3 dozen, or even 1 dozen to work the next day. They literally had 11 donuts available and said that they would not be making more until midnight. Their coffee drinks are too sugary and the brewed coffee tastes stale or burnt. The place is dirty, the staff look like they're prisoners and they are not friendly at all. Go to Kroger or Meijer if you want donuts.
