Such a great spot for a yummy meal! After enjoying a nice wine tasting at Plymouth Bay, we went across the street and enjoyed a delicious meal!
Staff was very attentive, and the food was excellent.
I had a yummy cup of Chowder and their Seafood Risotto for my meal. The Risotto was amazing! So tasty and filling. It has little neck clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp, calamari, lobster and tomatoes tossed with short grain Italian rice. Finished with parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes! Mouthwatering delicious!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 2 - Nov 19, 2023
We quickly found this spot because it was brightly lit up in Christmas lights on the water. Parking was hard to find, so if you don't have a reservation, I recommend to arrive a little early. The restaurant is a short walk to Plymouth Rock and the mayflower 2. So it is centrally located.
We loved our espresso martini flight. The peanut butter and regular espresso martini were our favorites.
We weren't really a fan of the pumpkin chorizo pizza. It tasted like a baby food pizza. I think it would
Taste better if the pumpkin was mixed with Alfredo sauce to give it more flavor.
The lobster corn bisque was meaty and tasty.
I also ordered the lobster roll cold which was $30MP. I absolutely loved it. This gave me my lobster roll fix for our MA trip.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sep 13, 2023
Ok so I have been looking forward to eating here for quite some time because they had steamers on the menu. we get there. they have run out of the beer that we wanted on the menu and they also ran out of steamers so we ordered oysters and clams. Service was great. Food was mediocre at best and when I chatted with the manager, she was combative and didn't offer to take anything off the menu or maybe a free dessert.
They better get their act together or they're gonna lose a lot more than just me as a customer . they should probably fire the chef. Who runs out of food at a very popular restaurant at a popular tourist destination.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 1263921103Sep 23, 2023
A very cute restaurant, in a great location on the wharf (thus the name). A decent sized menu, with something for everyone to enjoy.
I started off with the chowder, which was good. I went with the seafood casserole for my meal, which was certainly good as well.
My wife went with the seafood risotto, which was absolutely delicious! So next time I will definitely be going with the risotto! But it was all in all a very good experience!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Josh M.Carver, MA237May 11, 2024
Wow, just got seated 2.5 hours, was told 30 mins. Place is a joke. Avoid at all cost. Complete disaster on every level.

I'm sorry. I hate to be mean. I usually only write nice reviews but I've tried this place a few times and each time it was just awful. The first time I got the lobster roll. It was a long time ago so I don't remember what I hated about it but I think it was the bun. Then we got breakfast one day and the toast was like rock solid. Probably the weirdest piece of toast I've ever seen in my life. I feel like the toast on the plane was better.

We stopped here for breakfast on our "Benedict Tour" of Cape Cod and SE Massachusetts today. They have outside seating with no view of any note and inside one had a view of the Mayflower II in the harbor. Our hostess attempted to seat us at a 4-top table away from the aforementioned view and seat us at a 4-top away from the view, with 8 of the 9 4-tops at the window available. I asked if we could sit by the window and this flustered the hostess who asked us to "wait", standing in the middle of the dining room while she went back to the hostess stand. We stood there like lemons for literally a minute and a half while she investigated what to do next. She came back and said, pointing, "You guys can sit there. We turned to look at the table to which she was pointing and she disappeared! No menus, no nothing!
Our server appeared, friendly and cordial and noted that we didn't have menus and got us some. I ordered a Bloody Mary (delicious!) while perusing the menu. I ordered the "Traditional Benny" and asked if I could substitute applewood smoked bacon for the Canadian bacon. Hubs ordered the Greek Omelette. I liked her. She was very pleasant.
The food arrived in short order (forgive the pun) and you can see that the eggs were poached nicely, plenty of bacon and lemony hollandaise and a thick English muffin. You can also see that the sauce had broken and was greasy. Hubs told me on the way home that he did not like his omelette. It was overcooked in some spots and not fully cooked in others.
We came here once before, for lunch, and enjoyed it, as I remember from the photos I took the last time I was there, but today was just a meh. Not busy enough to blame it on being "slammed".Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Chris S.Reading, MA9432Apr 14, 2024
Slow, indifferent service and greasy, soggy food. First and last visit, we won't be back.
