NOT THE BRIGHTEST WORKING THERE THATS FOR SURE! Mayb if you didn't leave your head set on i wouldn't have thought you said pull around after i placed my order. So obviously i heard you tell someone to pull around. then i get to window and you tell me to go back thru the line again. no thanks. i drove off.

Once it gets dark out, this location is rude and combative. They forget items, they refuse to replace cinnamon twists for chips and cheese (I have a cinnamon allergy), and argue when you tell them it is not right. The line manager refused to give me missed items at first, but eventually obliged. I complained that my beef chalupas were blackened and that the chalupa shell fell apart. They gave me uncooked chicken chalupas in their place. Needs a night manager overhaul. This has been like this for about a year now. Should've just got a refund and gone elsewhere.

The customer service I received was actually great! But the food sucked , I got 2 naco fries and they didn't even have any naco seasoning on them . I also got a #2 supreme and my tacos literally had a TINY piece of sour cream at the end I couldn't even spread it around because there wasn't any really on there :( I worked a long shift and got some food for my dinner and it wasn't good , sadly I did not eat today

rude staff. bad food. such a shame and a difference from the Taco Bell I had a day before from a different location.

I waited in this drive through line for 40 minutes tonight. This is not the first time, as I have waited 25 minutes a different time. Some of my friends have very similar experiences. It is horrible management and incredibly lazy workers, not "technology malfunctions."

1. I would recommend the taco bell on Newport, the workers are much more friendly and they are open similar hours. If it is after 10pm, definitely go to the newport one.
2. If you have had a similar experience, I urge you to file a complaint with Taco Bell management and hopefully get this horrible manager and lazy workers fired! I know I did.

I will not be ordering again from here I order $58 worth of food . Just for it to first off be nasty as hell but for me to not get nothing that I asked for , I work in a kitchen so I that all orders should be checked this was the worst experience ever for me . I should stuck with wingstops highly don't recommend!!!

More Like Taco Hell! Greasy, Nasty, Abomination of a Restaurant. They Should Not be in Business. Gas, Legit Gas! I got Taco Bell Last Night, and Was Late for School This Morning, Because I was Constipated all Night Long. I Only Give it 2 Stars Because My Boi Christian Smith Works there. CALL OF DOOTY!!!

I'd give zero stars if I could, the workers are extremely rude and slow, i doordash and every time I've had to come to this Taco Bell there's a problem. They talk to you disrespectfully & take 40 minutes to make 2 burritos. They need all new staff, I've never had so many problems with a restaurant before. 0/10 NOT RECOMMENDED. My 5 year old could run an establishment better.

Ever single time I try to come here for a late night meal (after midnight) they always turn people away in the drive thru stating they're equipment isn't working. 100s of 1000s of dollars turned away.

I drove by after getting the usual "we are not taking orders right now" and they are still making food but for only online orders or something. I guess they only care about those kind of orders these days. No stars

The WORST place I've ever been. We were in an Uber after a night of drinking, and everything we ordered, the employee rudely kept saying "anything else" because we had a big order. We finally finished our order and got to the window and one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered said, "the girl taking your order said you were rude so we canceled your order bye" and slammed the door in our face. They proceeded to say "there's cops right over there to tell em". These employees were extremely trashy and absolutely horrible people. We were in disbelief. We were never rude and they were all extremely rude to us. Never coming back. There's a reason there is already terrible reviews. They wouldn't even tell us their names when we asked. Go figure. Also, just called them and asked to speak to the manager, and she told me she is going to beat my ass. The "manager". Wow.
