Squisito Pizza & Pasta - Glen Burnie

Good pizza and tasty salad! Ive only had delivery so I can't speak to what its like inside but staff on the phone is always friendly.

OMG that food was amazing! I got the shrimp and crab fettuccini. So fresh, so tasty, and A LOT of seafood. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Easily the best pizza in the area. Their Margarita pizza is always great and the staff is usually very welcoming. I would say the few times we've tried their pasta my wife wasn't a fan. It was still good and good quality, just a personal preference thing so I stuck to just ordering pizza from here.

Ouch! This one hurts to write because our family has been such a fan of Squisito for so many years.

Due to various reasons we have not been able to order from Squisito for awhile and were excited to go back. We ordered 2 Ziti's w/ beef and a Spaghetti w/ Meat sauce yesterday and the staff either had an off day in the kitchen or the recipes have changed. I'm hoping it was an off day.

The spaghetti meat sauce was salty and too tomatoey, like tomato paste tasting if that makes sense. The meat used in the sauce seamed to be the crumbled beef pizza topping (like Pizza Hut?) as the chunks were uniform in size and not soft. I really hope this isn't a new recipe.

The meat sauce I remember had soft and crumbled and slightly chunky meat pieces in various sizes infused with a balanced sweet tomato basil sauce. A sauce that tasted like they had simmered together for a few hours. That was definitely not what we ate and tasted yesterday.

Our bigger disappointment though was the Ziti. Gone was the creamy, rich, rose/ricotta sauce. This tasted and looked like they just took noodles with the meat sauce described above and stirred in some ricotta. We could still feel and see the texture of the ricotta in the sauce. For me the ziti has always tasted similar (if not the same) as the creamy bolognese rose sauce. Not this time.

Squisito has always been a level or 2 above the regular pizza/pasta carry out places in the area but if these are new recipes and flavors, they are doing themselves a disservice and actually bringing them down on par with those other places. We'll give them one more chance but if our next order tastes the same, we won't be coming back as Squisito will no longer be worth the extra expense and drive time.

We have been buying pizza & dinners when this place was off Crain Hwy near the Giant , than they moved off Quarterfield Rd in a tiny strip mall. We had family come to visit an placed and order for pick up. When my husband went to pay for it the girl at the counter added a $6.00 tip without asking, my husband told her I'm not paying for a tip, I pickd it up so remove it! She said ok I'm sorry but when he got his bank statement there it was!!!!!! We will NEVER ORDER OR RAT THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT!!

That was probably the worst pizza I've had in a long time. I ordered a New York style pizza cooked well done, expecting crust that would hold up and cheese that was browned on top. What I got was undercooked dough that was still gummy and cheese that didn't even reach the crust and was barely melted. I double checked the receipt to make sure I had ordered it well done and I had. I can only
Imagine what would've been served had I not thought to ask for it to be cooked longer. What a waste of money. Won't return.

Pizza tasted good but .... See photos. Apparently dropped during delivery. Left on my porch without signature for my card. Thinking they knew if they handed it to I would know. I knew immediately when I picked it up everything was on one side.

I ordered over the phone for pick up a couple nights ago. I was headed home from the gym and needed to grab dinner for me and my husband. The gentleman who took my order was friendly and made sure he read the order back to me prior to ending the call. He quoted it would be ready in 15-20 minutes.

Upon arrival I was able to pay and the order was ready to go within 5 minutes. I knew I showed up a few minutes early so no complaint there. I ordered mozzarella sticks and garlic knots as an appetizer. It happened to be national garlic day (for those who care about those silly national days) so I officially celebrated =) The mozzarella sticks were nothing fancy but I was craving them since my friend sent me a picture of theirs the day before. Yes...I am easily influenced by food!

As an entrée I had the sausage and peppers which came over penne pasta. It was sooo good! I definitely ate too much but I just could not stop. I got my husband the seafood mediterraneo. He thought there was a great portion of seafood and liked the sauce but for some reason he wasn't a fan of the pasta. He described it as an egg noodle and he personally didn't care for it. The meal also came with complimentary bread but I did not try it as I had so much other food.

This was my first time ordering dinner from Squisito and I would definitely return. I can also say that their lunch items such as cheesesteaks are delicious. I have gone with coworkers on several occasions and that is what they order every time.

After arriving at our hotel we did not want to go out to get something to eat. So, we checked out DoorDash in the area. We initially looked a national chain that was close to our hotel but then we saw this place and decided to give it a try.

We checked out the menu and placed our order on DoorDash. My wife chose the Fettuccine Alfredo, I chose a Parmigiano style meatball sub with onions and lettuce. We also had to add an order of the Garlic knots to try.

Our order arrived at the hotel about 30 minutes later and I went down to meet them as they arrived. Everything was packaged nicely but after getting back to the room we discovered there were no utensils or napkins. I went back down to the lobby to try to get some utensils. Fortunately, the hotel had plastic utensils in their snack / market area.

I headed back up to the room and my wife was already checking out the food. Everything looked great. The garlic knots are not as as dense as we have had from other places but were very good. The dipping sauce was tasty. We both enjoyed our meals as well.

Overall this was a good experience minus the lack of utensils and we will likely get food here again. We appreciate having the option to have DoorDash deliver as well!

The salads are very fresh and colorful and their house vinaigrette dressing is great. The service is always wonderful when I go and the place is very clean. (Alex is always friendly and welcoming). I go about once or twice a week. I will update my post next time to include a pic of my salad. I've also had pizza here which was great and slices were big. They serve everything with complimentary garlic bread which is always fresh.
