Sonic Drive-In

Honestly amazing! They are short staffed but service and quality were still great! All our food was fresh and crispy! Everything tasted great. It wasn't too busy we went through the drive thru then parked and ate. Definitely will be back one of my top fast food places! Specifically this location!

Just went and had to throw all of my food away, cold and old corn dogs and disgusting chili tots. Why is this location even open? Oh he charged me 3 extra dollars - he told me 13.30 twice and the receipt said 10.30, which he wasn't happy giving me my money back. What a joke lol

they cancel my DoorDash order not even 10min worst customer service. Worst employees. never buy here

I should have looked at the recent reviews which are all 1 star except one 2 star. This Sonic was good in the past but now they are terrible, and liars to boot. I asked about the chili cheese fritos burrito and was told that the small ones were 99 cents. So we ordered two. I ordered a small chili cheese tots and a limeade. The drink was 3.19 on the menu. When we got to the pay window the amount was almost 3 dollars more than it should have been.

The girl said that the burritos were $1.49 each. I told her that she had said they were 99 cents and she replied, " who told you that? We don't have any promotion for that price." I tried to explaining that she was the one who told us the price and she didn't acknowledge me in any way. I asked why the price was high on the tots and she said that I ordered a medium. I had ordered a small, and repeated myself twice. They also charged us 10 cents more for the limeade. At this point, it's New Years eve day, my wife and I were hungry from running errands and we just wanted to get home so I paid the extra amount.

I wish that I would have gone with my initial instinct to drive away for the money scam they were pulling. The food was terrible and very greasy. We at a few bits of the burrito and tots and the rest we never even bothered to eat. Seriously, avoid this place. It's one thing to serve bad food and another to lie about your prices. That's about as low as it gets. Sonic has lost a customer for life.

Outstanding service from Allie and the team! After finishing my niece and nephew's haircuts, we were looking for a treat nearby. Sonic was perfect. I hadn't been to one in forever but this sooo hit the spot. Half price drinks on happy hour (strawberry slush and chewy limeades were bussin). Burgers weren't the most aesthetic but were really satisfying. The kids loved their ice cream and toys. And the tots were definitely cooked to order - hot and FRESH! All at fast food prices and convenience.

Service is shit, first i couldn't understand the guy next he said they didn't have fries or tots, then they didn't have chicken, so what do they have absolutely nothing. If we dont have half the food on the menu why are we open.

Broken menu and payment infrastructure. Undercooked fries. Service is good, seem like they are used to dealing with the situation. Sonic menu is bizarre, like how they have different toppings on the bacon cheeseburger than if you order a cheeseburger and add bacon.

Worker Jorge just screamed my order back to me very loud and violently when he went to repeat my order, because I misheard him one time. Really expect better service when you're just trying to get a quick meal.

Sadly we waited 15 minutes then a voice finally came on and said my machine is broken. Not sorry please go to another window. No apologies for taking so long.
We talked and no response. No wonder they have 2 stars and going down on Yelp. Should've checked Yelp first

I ordered through the app, checked in through the app, 20 minutes later no food. I pushed the red button, told them I had an app order. They took my name and 20 minutes later still no food. I could have gone through the drive through and gotten my food quicker. People who pulled into a stall after me got their food quicker.
