Roma Pizza

Amazing Pizza!! We ordered the meat lovers pizza. It was loaded with pepperoni, meatball slices, sausage, and ham bits. I was cooked perfectly. Extremely hot upon arrival to our table. Granddaughter approved!! The waitress was very pleasant upon our entrance and treated us very professionally. The atmosphere inside the establishment was clean, quiet and inviting. Never tried any, but the desserts looked yummy too. Definitely will return on our next visit to the area.

Service was great, but if I worked here I would never let anyone order the wings...do so at your own risk. Wife got a slice of pizza, it was alright.

The place doesn't really look clean. I checked out several chairs and they were all dirty so I stood while waiting on my order.
The first visit, I got the Spaghetti in meat sauce and wings. The spaghetti was horrible and the meat was huge chunks and looked weird. The wings were just alright. Nothing special or spectacular about them. They were very basic.
However, we went back later during our stay since they were the closest pizza spot to us. The pizza was AMAZING!!! VERY GOOD and what saved this review. I was reluctant to go back but we were very hungry for pizza and didn't want to walk all the way up the strip. So glad we tried this place for the pizza. I probably wouldn't get anything else there though.

That have the best pizza and Sandwiches in VA beach. Their customer service is awesome. The restaurant has outdoor dining and indoor. We used the outdoor and it was clean. You won't regret it!

The person on the phone was doing too many things at once and I guess didn't write down the right room number, so they went to wrong room, and the food was cold by the time we got it. The person that delivered it from restaurant asked us to sign the receipt but didn't come up with a pen? We opened pizza order only had mushrooms on half of pizza. Called them to complain and Bella said she opened it and saw mushrooms, I said yes but only half of pizza. I didn't order half mushrooms and half cheese. She said she could bring more mushrooms but already waited 45 minutes for cold food so wanted to eat. I asked to speak to supervisor and Bella said she was and there was no one else to speak to. Not good!

We were in Virginia Beach for Memorial Day weekend. We don't live too far away, and frequently visit the beach throughout the year. Our daughter loves pizza, so we decided to try Roma Pizza.

I downloaded the app to save a few dollars instantly, and placed an order for a 14 inch pepperoni and extra cheese NY style pizza for pickup.

My husband started walking up to get it immediately, while me and our daughter stayed on the beach. We were around 21st street and only a short walk from the shop. It sits right across the street from Waterman's Grille.

He came back pretty soon after with a hot and delicious pizza that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was a tad greasy, but was still crispy enough to hold upright. The crust and sauce had a good flavor to it. It didn't feel heavy or sit bad on my stomach, like some pizza's do. I thought that it was a tasty little pizza! We would definitely have it again!

PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

During SITW, we stayed at the hotel directly across the street. It was about 10 of us, all family, who decided to go over to get something to eat, we spent easily over $200 & the customer service we received was horrible. My boyfriend ordered a chicken Philly & mild order of buffalo chicken wings . The cashier, who later identified herself as the manager, ask did he want a large, he thought she was asking about the s number of wings, being their wings comes in 10 or 20. When we received our food, they brought out a regular Philly, we politely sent it back & can tell she was frustrated, then they brought a large pizza, which we asked whose this for, thinking it was brought to the table or one of us ordered it. We were informed it was the mild buffalo chicken. We informed them he asked for buffalo chicken wings & the sweet lady who brought it out said she was only the delivery driver but she'll ask about what can be done. The cashier/manager, said that he can order wings and she'll give us a discount. I asked about having to reorder and repay if that's what he initially ordered. She replied. I asked did he want a large & he said yes, so I thought he ordered a pizza. I told her that he didn't say pizza and was referring to the amount of wings, she said well he didn't say wings either. I suggested to ask for clarification if there was any confusion & she became upset, saying that he was confused and we didn't make sense. The conversation began to escalate after she began talking over us & saying we don't make sense, and other insults. When asked to speak to a manager, she identified herself as the manager. She then stated, "I'm tired of you people this weekend." My aunt repeated what she said for clarification and informed her she couldn't have been tired of us because we have never been there." I'm not sure if the you people were about race or whether she thought we were a group who previously visited during the festival, but it's clear the customer service we received was based off a pre-notion when we entered. After a moment of realizing what she said, they decided to make the wings & we sent the pizza back. She continued to say that we were in the wrong, while they packed our food to go. It's unfortunate as a black patron of this restaurant, to be treated this way over miscommunication that could've easily been rectified. I understand the that with the festival going on and they may have been overworked with the number of customers but that's no excuse to treat us with piss poor customer service. The food itself was actually pretty good.

If you want any kind of food while you're at VB, do not go here! My boyfriend and i came in around when they just opened for the day. We ordered their Deluxe Philly Steaks and took a seat, waited around 10 minutes before the cashier told us that they did not have that. So then she offered us something as a replacement, I asked for a refund, she said there was no cash to do a refund. So we ended up getting chicken gyros and the food was nasty. The chicken patty looked like it hadn't been cooked throughly or that it was old. It didn't have much flavor to it, etc. I could only eat so much of it before I said okay I can't anymore. The only thing that was decent was our mozzarella sticks. I was baffled that this restaurant is still standing there.

Crooked management and owners. Not good food, terrible customer service, terrible delivery service for sub par food.
