Spent $50 last night, I purchased a plain chicken sandwich with nothing on it and it came fully dressed. Purchased an avocado salad with three small slices of avocado and the hardest driest chicken breast I've ever had in my entire like. I'm not sure how my nephews impossible burger was.
The order was supposed to be ready in 15 minute for pickup however when I got there 30 minutes later Instill had to wait 10 minutes.
I was told not to Oder from here however I didn't have many options due to it being so late in the evening. Well I learned my lesson. I won't make this mistake ever again.
This is an update to my original review. I spoke with a Ms. Jones who is the Regional Manager at Red Robin. She was very polite and apologized profusely for my order. She offered to provide me a gift certificate or to refund the total amount to my card. Since I no longer live in Michigan I asked that my card be credited and she did just that a few days later. Although my order was a disaster I must commend Red Robin on their service. For doing this I feel compelled to upgrade their 1 star rating to a 4. Place was messy and hostesses was preoccupied but food was perfect and delicious and our server Mona was awesome and made the experience the way it should've been . Have been eating here for years and will return here again.

I'm really thinking this place may not be around much longer. This is the first time actually dining at this place since the pandemic. We have ordered carry out though during that time. The only issue with our carry out experience is, they would ALWAYS for get the dips and sauces.
Anyway, my wife, son and I, went in about 3:30 and it wasn't busy at all. We didn't get the attention of our server for over 20 minutes. However, she was dealing with a couple of tables that had issues with their orders.
So we understood the delay. However, someone could have come by and acknowledged us and got our drink orders at least. They seemed really understaffed. I know I wouldn't last long if I worked there having to deal with people and what they considered "problems".
The food was decent though, that's why we come back.
I just get the vibe that the majority of the national casual chain restaurants are going through the same staffing issues and it will continue to push customers away. Most will close their doors. I just hope Red Robin can survive.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information

Food, service and ambiance are all lacking at this location. I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere.

I have never been to this location and it's not far from us either.
Ordered the whiskey river bbq chicken wrap, spinach wrap with garlic fries, a towering onion ring and a Scorpion gourmet burger with grilled chicken and a side salad. Looking at the menu made me realize how hungry I must be. Everything sounded good, even the Oreo Cookie Magic Shake, but that would fill me up on its own. $41.36.
The sides are bottomless. The salad is so-so. Covered in shredded cheese, croutons and dried out iceberg lettuce.
The onion tower is super crispy, not bad, the crust is more panko and heavier than I prefer for my onion rings, but not too bad.
The Scorpion was super messy, but quite tasty, even with the chicken too.
The whiskey river bbq chicken wrap wasn't too bad. The garlic steak fries were soft, soggy and wilted. Not good enough to eat more than one even.

I decided to come here on a whim looking at the photos. The burgers looked pretty good. The parking lot was pretty empty, and walking up, they had a table somewhat blocking the entrance for you to sign your name for covid tracking. There was a girl and a guy at the hostess station. The guy was complaining about working double shifts. The lady sat me at a high-top table by the bar. I could still hear this guy talking, and then he started Jumping around acting like a tweaker. It wasn't until before I left I realizer he was a waiter.
I was looking over the menu lot of good stuff to try. I ended up going with the bacon cheeseburger with Yukon chips with an ice tea. I don't know what I was expecting, but damn, it was a delicious Juicy burger.
I saw menu a $5.00 milkshake. I flashed back to one of my favorite movies, pulp fiction, and Vincent saying $5.00 milkshake, and I got to try that. I ordered up a Strawberry Milkshake. I love how they bring over the milkshake in the glass and bring over what is leftover in the metal container. I have to say it is one of the best Milkshakes I have had in a long time.
I also want to point out Josh was terrific. He was working the bar making drinks for other wait staff and waiting on tables. But working a bar that you couldn't sit at. Contact sign in table with clean & dirty buckets for pens.
Bathroom floor was slippery with no sign of wetness.

KEITH IS THE G.O.A.T. Best waiter of all time. The restaurant wasn't too busy because we came right when they opened, but even as the morning progressed, he remained attentive and on top of everything... actually more like he was ahead of everything! My daughter thought he was so funny, too. The service was IMMACULATE. The food tasted great, was fresh, and everyone enjoyed their choices. Can't go wrong with bottomless sides! "Yummm!" We went on a Sunday morning so it wasn't loud or packed, and we had our choice of parking.

This place has gone WAY down here...you would know this too if you could actually get waited on. My daughter and I just went in for a Mommy daughter date. Looked fully staffed, lots of employees walking around. We waited a good 5 minutes to be seated after 4 people came to the front and didn't acknowledge us. Then sat another 15 minutes waiting for our order to be taken...not even a drink order taken. We took our business elsewhere.

Carry out is a gamble since COVID times and this place is no exception. Dine in or go somewhere else or just buy a pack of frozen burgers and cook then yourself it's pretty easy.
