Rally's

This is my go to place for shakes and fries.

The location is convenient placed on the corner of General DeGaulle & Garden Oaks Drive. There's options to either order through Drive thru or use the walk up window. There's also an eating area outside, which gives the environment a picnic kind of feeling. The times I've visited, it's always been pretty clean. There's sometimes a wait, at the walk up window, since with fast food, Drive thru is a priority.

The staff here are usually very friendly and work as hard as possible to make sure everyone's order is taken. They also verify with you to make sure that your order is accurate and food is fresh.

There's so many menu items and there's always different promotions to choose from. My favorite menu item are the traditional wings. I enjoy the enjoy the combo with fries and drink. I always upgrade my fries to a fully loaded fries (fries, bacon bits, ranch, and nacho cheese) and a strawberry milkshake for the drink. This maximizes the flavor burst that my tastebuds experience. I also like the fact that their wings are made to order, so there always fresh. There's multiple flavors to choose from and I've grown to love the "Asian zing" flavor.

The menu can seem pricey to some people but they send out coupons, in the mail, often. And there's always promotions. They're currently running a $2 for 2 promotion. You can mix and/or match between a chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich. I would recommend this place to anyone with a hunger that needs to be quenched.

The Worst.. after you mess up my order.. you don't want to pick up your phone.. so I text you and you don't answer.. I had to come to you but you don't want to talk through a Car.. No you want me to get out and speak to you Dace to Face.. and then not give me my whole Order back After I brought the whole Order back to you.. pitiful You Lost my Business and All my Friends Too
And obviously you don't want to pickup your phone because I tried Calling again.. the Stupid Fucking Sandwich I ordered is still Wrong
I ordered a Mother Clucker with Bacon and Fried Onion.. the First time.. you gave me Raw Onion and Raw Tomatoes
When I return.. you Ass Holes gave me a Patty Chicken Sandwich with some kind of Runny sauce

Gets an extra star for having banana shakes & unique fries.

I pray the employees take their more serious, I stood in line for 12 minutes and watched the cashier ignore me going back in forward from the cash register to the food line making order with no gloves. To top it off her friend came to the other window and gave her food from another vendor.

Can't tell you one thing about the food at this location. I'm ASSUMING that it's normal Rally's Food.

The Girly and I were getting out of out Chiropractor appointments and were starving. Since this was really close, we decided to try it. We don't do much fast food, but sometimes, YOU GOTTA EAT! (I've heard that before somewhere, hmm...odd)

We pull up through the second drive through and no answer. No one comes on the intercom to ask our order or to tell us it was closed...nothing.

SO we pull out and go to the front. I get out and go to the window to order. I was glanced at several times as they went about their work, chatted, etc (One took a phone call) but not one of these damned women ever came to even tell me they aren't taking window orders either.

Useless crew

I like the food & the prices are reasonable.

However at this particular location so far every time I've been to it they have always gotten my order wrong,the employees all walk around with attitudes and are far from friendly.
Not to mention SLOOW,even when they aren't busy they lolly gag around and if your in a hurry it is frustrating. Rating this based off the food,if was rating for service it would be no stars and a F in customer service.

Slowest service I have ever had for fast food! Waited almost 30 minutes and the only reason I stuck with it was that there was no way to turn around in the drive through. To make matters worse, the girl at the window made a flippant apology about the wait as I pulled up and then said "I wouldn't have waited that long for ice cream". Neither would I, given the choice. Never again!!

THIS IS THE MOST POORLY RAN RALLY'S I'VE EVER BEEN TO. As you are trying to order, you will continuously get cut off and rushed with your total. If you ask for the slushie they have 6 signs advertising for, they will rudely tell you machine broken, pull forward. I have been waiting in the lot for 15 minutes because it needs to be brought out to me while 7 - SEVEN- other orders behind me have been given their food and gone. As I see the girls dance and play around inside because no one wants to bring my food out while it's raining.

Good food but the service was rushed and rude. When we opened the bag, the burgers were sloppy and just thrown in the bag and there were little to no fries in the large carton.
