I was excited to try this place because there isn't one where I'm from. We ordered the buford combo, a baconzilla, 5pc medium hot wings, and 5pc Asian kick. The baconzilla was really good and was bigger than I expected but the wings were terrible! Although the flavor was decent, they tasted like they had been sitting under a warmer all damn day because the meat itself was dry and tasteless. Which is probably true since we received our order within about 10 minutes (we all know fresh wings take about 18 minutes to cook). Then the cashier forgot to put or ranch and blue cheese dips in the bag so we were standing there at the window waiting while her back was turned to us and no one else in there came to help. Overall my experience is that even when I come back to Little Rock I won't be trying this place again. I would have been better off going to the Churches Chicken across the street.

Half an hour just to take my order. Was not busy at all. You are stuck in the drive through and can't leave. Very poorly ran establishment.

I am so disappointed in this place... horrible service.
1. Wait for ever to order
2. Ask to pull around and wait some more
3. They finally come out with the wrong order.
4. I think the guy gave the food away in another car that was waiting... the guy was distracted by his phone because he never stopped looking at it
5. Now its 45min later and food
6. The same guy comes back out and then confirms to me that the car prior to me got my food and he would go in and redo it and give me a free fry.
7. Now that an hour has passed I am finally getting my food

Waited 20 minutes for the employee to finish smoking his blunt in a car full of people to order, only to find out there was another employee in there who eventually took our order but chose to hide/ignore everyone wanting to order. Was rude when speaking with her as well, but the wings were good so this spot gets 2 stars.

I called to see if they were open and was told they're out of food and nothing is left. They're close at 2:30 30 minutes before they were supposed to close. I came to the drive through anyway before the close because I know the employees were just being lazy and I already caught them lying about their hours. I have video recorded of the service I received I will be sending it corporate.

The worst attitude, food, and professionalism ever. Not a smile; Rude; Touching food with the glove they took money; line was wrapped around the place at midnight and they had no food... no chix, fish, bacon, buns, "Sir we have to charge 30 more cents because we out of seeded buns". I didnt know what to say. Finally I said what do you have available and the attendant said that we can do a number one. The attendant began to get annoyed with me because I could not find anything on the menu that they had available. Although I came to get the crunchy chicken sandwich is advertised I settled for the number one only to receive hard burned crisp old patties on a cold bun. I am up at 1230am Hangry. My fry box was half empty... I will never be back. Honestly the last time I had good food and service from this location was back in 1999. I am certain they have received many complaints.... I am shocked the store is still open.

Today everything went well and the food was good. Prices are good for the quality/quantity. Last time I ate here, they asked me to pull forward and they'd bring my food out to me. Except, they didn't. I sat there waiting for 20 minutes and they didn't apologize when I pulled back through and had to ask for my order. Then I'm pretty sure they gave me an order that had sat somewhere for 20 minutes. Great.
