Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Potbelly's is once of favorite sandwich shops and the sandwiches are always so good. service is always fast as you want it from the time you order, ambiance is nice feels just like a potbelly.

I really enjoy eating here. It's good food that is fast. Apple walnut salad is great as well as the turkey avocado sandwich. Yum!

I never been here but Iv'e heard it's good 5 stars 100%. I also got a gift card back when I was like 13 but never used might use it soon.

I know this chain has been around a while but somehow I had never tried them until this past weekend.

I had a few people at my house and we decided to order in instead of going out for a late lunch/early dinner. Everyone seemed pretty set on sandwiches and one person in our party was set on a Cubano and another was hopeful for soup. With the varied taste of our group of four, this spot seemed to best fit the bill.

They temporarily have an Cubano on the menu and they have a variety of soups. I was in the mood for a turkey sandwich and went for their turkey avocado, which comes with cucumber, avocado, swiss, turkey and your choice of other toppings/condiments. I had a little mayo, mustard, lettuce, and tomato added. I got it served on their multi-grain bread. I somehow missed the memo that all of their sandwiches are toasted. So, something to note--the bread is toasted! All in all it was a good sandwich.

Oh! Once final note: one of our group was hopeful for a milkshake--they also have those! He very much enjoyed his cold brew shake.

We were able to order delivery and it came swifter than anticipated much to the delight of all.

Best customer service I've ever experienced from a Quick Service Restaurant in Milwaukee.

the shop has good food which brings in a large crowd over lunch when I typically am there, but the line moves fast.

Overall positive experience. So positive that I felt the need to download yelp and leave a review after today, which has been one of many great interactions.

S/O to the people working there.

Ordered a 'skinny' BLT from here. It came with ONE piece of bacon on it (skinny is supposed to relate to the size of the sandwich, not what's in it). Are you kidding me? Complete waste of money. Also had small baked potato soup which was pretty good. Still, with a crappy sandwich - aren't they a sandwich shop - I'm not inclined to go here again.

I guess this may be a one off...

It was one of those in a hury days, and I popped in for just a bowl of soup. One person in front of me and at least 4-Employees... I went to the cashier to ask for a soup and the 3-employees were engrossed in conversation. So much so they didn't even look up to acknowledge me... As I was in a hury and waited about 3-5-minutes total, and then just left and went to the Subway across the street. Probably should've just done that in the first place.

Maybe next time my experience will be better at Pot Belly's... I'm just not willing to find out after the cold shoulder I received.

Potbelly has great sandwiches but I would not recommend using them for catering. We placed a lunch order for a offsite meeting for 30+ people through the Potbelly website and their catering team. Paid, had confirmation number and receipt. Unfortunately the order was NOT filled and we had a lot of hungry people when the lunch never came. This left us with very limited options to feed a group of this size at the last minute. Calls to the Potbelly catering number provided went straight to voice mail. I started calling the local Potbelly stores and they had no record of our order. The local shop did offer to fill the order but indicated they would need about two hours and additional time to deliver as they only had two employees working. The catering team did provide a full refund and apologize, they offered a few free sandwich and cookie coupons for our "inconvenience." Again, good food but large group orders don't seem to be their forte.

Bad customer service if you order on line and pick up time is 9 you be lucky if you get it at 10 they just do not care
