Drive through wait = long.
6:30 pm on a Sunday and out of biscuits.
Received a completely different order but didn't realize until home.
No direct phone number on the receipt and when I called the 800#, they didn't recognize the store number from the receipt.
When I found the direct line and called to say what happened, the "manager" didn't apologize, ask what was wrong or request any details and just told me to bring a receipt in for a replacement. End of call.

Worst service ever. Dine in or door dash they are terrible. Never have in three attempts got the order correct and are rude when confronted about it.

NEVER USE THE BATHROOM HERE. I walked in here to stop and eat some chicken because I was craving some. When I first walk in I see the cashier. She was nice for about 1 minute then she asked me if I want a Big Mac at Popeyes. I then remind here where she is and then she started screaming "JAKIMABADA" Repeatedly. Then one of her co workers come over and starts to drag her away and says that it's normal. After that I order my food to a different women and go to the bathroom. When I walk in THERE WERE ABOUT 14 DONUTS LOGED IN THE TOILET AND WRITTEN IN POOP "Hi :)" I THEN TELL MANAGEMENT AND THEY DID NOTHING. NOTHING.

They didn't have any spicy chicken! We were told it would take 20 minutes to get spicy chicken. They also had no blackened chicken sandwiches, no fries and no cole slaw. WTH?!
We stopped here after a long drive and tried to place a big order, only to be told that they didn't have several items we wanted. There was no apologizing, no alternatives offered, nothing. They told us what they didn't have and then waited for us to adjust our order.
There were 4 people working. I'm used to service being slow due to the lack of labor, but I'm not used to the place not having their signature dish.
We adapted, placed an order and waited. We got our food and headed to our destination, glad we had something to eat. When we arrived we were missing several items! We didn't call, because we aren't going back there.

On behalf of delivery apps, this restaurant can't get any order right. They don't label the bags and cause every customers order to be wrong. You literally have one job and you can't even do the job that YOU applied for right. Lazy workers with attitudes, like you chose to have this job. At least do it decently

Closed at 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday evening. Do you even want to operate a

I wrote this over a week ago and asked for someone to contact me. no one has. I guess those type of people just don't care. my wife and I went in to the store and ordered a number 1 and a number 5. at 22.00 worth. the time was 12:18 pm. after watching 11 orders go thur drive thur and 6 orders from the counter order and leave. I went up to the counter and asked about my food, they told me they are waiting on the chicken fingers. that was at 12:35. and asked again and it still was not ready. finally at 12:48 I asked for my money back and the four behind the counter laughter at me. I finally got my money back after raising my voice and pointing at the cash register. we were the only white people that came into the store and was never served.
I guess its true they don't want to serve whites. now we know why the whites posted the sign in St. Peter's store. there had to be a reason.

Can't give zero starts. They tell me after I order a classic chicken sandwich that they have no pickles once u saw no pickles on it. Gave me old fries that sat around when fresh ones were coming up. Most of the workers could care less about their customers. Will notvbe back. Rip off and subpar service.
