Don't ever go to this place, put a mobile order in, just to wait get there to forget my order, and had to wait 30mins for my order as 4+ cars pass me with their food on drive thru!
The food was worst, the chicken was almost cold, and the fries were soggy!

I wish I could give no stars at all! Husband purchased a chicken sandwich today (about an hour ago) for lunch during his break and the chicken wasn't fully cooked. He had taken a couple of bites before seeing raw chicken in the middle. Disgusting!

Do better before you cause sickness for your customers. Let's hope my husband isn't one of them.

The store on Johnstown road in New Albany is too new to have such poor customer service: no greeting, no acknowledgment (I had to say hi and initiate the order). Total indifference exhibited. Even if the food is great, I won't be back. I was the only one in the store...can't imagine what it will be like when they get busy. 3/27/24 @ 5:30-5:45 pm.

First time checking out this location. It is on Livingston Ave. The inside was clean but cold. They need to turn up the heat in there. Service was really quick with ordering and getting the food out. Employees were friendly as well.

I had a spicy chicken combo with fries and a diet drink ($7.62). Sandwich was good but the fries were disappointingly not fresh at all. I didn't find the fries tasty and there wasn't a lot in the combo. Sandwich was SPICY Good!

Still a good experience but think I would go with a stand-alone chicken sandwich or go with a different side.

We stopped at the drive thru for a spicy chicken sandwich combo (got the fries as the side) and a kids meal with chicken nuggets. The food was much enjoyed, and the spicy chicken had a nice kick to it. The one issue was that we did not receive a kids meal - instead we got chicken nuggets with fries. We didn't realize it until we had already reached our destination and weren't able to go back and ask about it. I'm not sure if it was just a mix up, or if we ended up with someone else's order, but the food we did get was tasty.

First visit to a Popeyes restaurant. The staff was friendly. I was there around 1:15pm,. They are having takeout only.
I purchased a 3 piece fingers, mild, with a biscuit and mash potatoes with gravy, and a drink.
Took the meal home which is about 10 mins away.
The mash potatoes were nice and warm. The chicken and biscuit were lukewarm. The biscuit had good flavor. The fingers were dry. I think because it had been sitting. I would like to try Popeyes again, maybe during lunch hour when there is a turnover of the chicken.

The service is terrible even though the food is good but this time I doordashed my food and they gave me a half eaten biscuit, I was missing a wing and the drink tasted like rubbing alcohol! I have gotten a refund and reordered just for them to cancel my order because they didn't want to fulfill my request! 0/10 would not recommend.

Today I went here and they were out of chicken tenders and chicken nuggets. I have went here before and they have forgotten my items.

service was terrible and i seen roaches crawling on the floor and will be reporting to corporate about my horrible incident ! male manager was very disrespectful to staff .

Never have I order food and paid an up charge and the order be wrong and they ask me to pass back a wing when it should have been a breast! And was ready to charge me again for an up charge of a breast! Wow

So I did give them back their wing and received my breast! Sketch or to be resold?
