PJ's Coffee

Peach Palmer ftw. Love it and will never go back to the regular Arnold palmer. The iced velvet drinks are a bit like milkshakes tasty but omg so sweet. Drinks all around were delicious but a lot sweeter than I like.

The thing I found off was they didn't have soap in either bathroom. When asked about soap the response was they can't fill them because it's handled by a third party. Most places would get a temporary countertop soap dispenser till the main ones get filled. The disturbing thing about not having soap is if that's a bathroom the employees use it's illegal for them to not wash their hands after using the bathroom. While I always have hand sanitizer I imagine not everyone carries that around on their person.

I purchased a scone and coffee as I love my special treat from PJs Coffee. However, after taking a bite i realized the scone was burnt and hard as a rock heated. I returned to said store and was interrogated as why the scone was smaller, mind you, I broke it up trying to find a softer spot to eat, as if I had eaten half of that horrible scone. Then she gives me another scone in place of the burnt one only to find this one hard as a rock. I got a refund for that scone. I should of asked for my $1 tip back as I always give the workers a tip for delivering such great product and courtesy. Not today! This store should take some cooking lessons from the store on hwy 190, hwy 22 and hwy 21 all of which have never disappointed me.

PJs is a quality coffee shop. Far better than that green logo spot. The coffee has a smooth richness and the granita is a treat on a hot Louisiana day.

Dropped by after an appointment, and boy was I amazed. I'm not a usual customer here, so I'm not familiar with their known staple. I ordered my usual for most places, a latte. I know a latte seems simple enough, but it can have a hiccup. If the entire mixture isn't steamed, you'll end up with a lukewarm drink. They did it perfectly. I was able to enjoy my hot latte during my drive back to Baton Rouge. Hot and tasty! The barista I came in contact with was very friendly and made sure I was pleased with my drink before concluding the sale. I forgot to mention, I was in a drive-through! Great latte and friendly service here! No need to say more.

This review is going to be short and sweet, just like my visit. I'm a fan of any coffee shop that has a drive thru and this PJ's has blessed the Northshore with drive thru coffee. I went through with no issues, my coffee was well priced and to my liking. Service was friendly and I have no complaints.

I love the service, the new Nitro cans, the muffins are to die for and granita is a natural energy boost. Their original iced coffee is to die for. Add a little chocolate:)!!

The place looks fabulous and the coffee is great but the young guy taking the order was unfriendly and rather rude. He also was not wearing a mask. This is very bad, especially in terms of preparing coffee and food. I will not go there again.

But we just got macadamia honey velvet ices.
Super slow service, waited 5-10 minutes at the speaker with only one car in front of us at the window, with two people working.

Rude employees. Also, they asked if we wanted whipped cream, we said yes please. No honey added, no whipped cream, and there is super blocky, chunky ice in our drinks. I'm literally "eating" my drink. Lol

Ugh.

Only gave two stars because my experiences here are usually decent/nice.
Today they sucked!

Best Coffee in Town and the staff is very friendly and very helpful. I am very pleased with my experience with the service and the quality of my coffee I have been so many places to get a cup and I will say that PJ'S is the best!

Popped in yesterday on a day trip. Ordered the Peach Palmer. It was delicious and refreshing. It tasted like fresh peaches were in my drink. Bonus I didn't know they had a Happy Hour currently after 2 pm. So my drink was half off! Made my Friday!
