Food is always hot and fresh employees are friendly And helpful. I go out of my way to order from this location compared to others

Pizza was ok. Breadsticks weren't cut. Cinnabon rolls were burnt---with the icing put on to try and cover it up.

They do not even deserve the 1 star. They charged my card for an online order and never processed it, even cancelling it 30 minutes after the delivery time. I have tried calling the store for over a month and half to get my refund and they never pick up the phone. I finally wasted my time to go over to the store and the manager was extremely rude and threatened to call the cops because I kept asking why the store that charged me couldn't refund me and he kept stuttering and claiming "only corporate could do that". And corporate, at least the customer service end, is even more a joke because they keep telling me someone will call me back in 3-5 business days and yet a month and a half later still no call or refund. Save your money and time and go to Marco's.

We sometimes get fatigued ordering local shop delivery, so much so that corporate chains like Pizza Hut almost seem exotic when we remember they exist.

This review is submitted not to convince anyone reading that you should order Pizza Hut, but if you do, know that this location has provided accurate and timely delivery the past few weeks, even in heavy snow. It sounds like they have solved whatever process breakdowns were causing some of the headaches from older reviews.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Me and my family ordered 1 simple pizza via online and paid and tracked the delivery and it said it would be here within 30 mins. Fast forward one hour no food. Fast forward another half hour no food still says out for delivery...i called asked a update they transferred me to three people having me on hold for 20 mins and finally a manager got on the phone and explained they already delivered it which mind you my door was open the entire last 2 hours my front door to be exact. As then I started to get upset with a hungry 8 year old my girlfriend hungry as well....so I ask for a refund and if or when we would get our food he said he could refund me if I came in and I then said no just remake it he quotes me 30 MORE MINS on my food...then decides to hang up...i call back and ask for a refund im coming to pick it up and he then changes his mind refuses to refund me and then says they are already making it and hangs up. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Worst management. Terrible control over organization in this place. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst pizza ever! It was mainly all bread, cheese was not cooked and hardly any toppings. This location barely answers the phone so I had to drive all the way back there to get a refund. He wasn't friendly. I won't be back nor will I order Pizza Hut again.

Every time I've ordered from the store, the pizza is undercooked, or it has too much of an uncooked topping, or it has too much salt. Pizza Hut in general is just so-so, but at least customers know what to expect. This location doesn't meet the standards of the corporation. Even Little Caesar's is better.

Just talked to District Manager (Greg) who called my cell phone regading an order placed and told me I would not get my $15 credit (for 2 bad experiences) because the managers didn't go through HIM. Offered me a reduced credit. Greg, keep your credit. I will not patronize poor customer service. I can spend my money elsewhere and I did (Original Ginos). I also contacted corporate. You lost my business. Please go through management training again.

As a Pizza Hut establishment sure it isn't the best, but it's definitely not the worst. I have used both pickup and delivery at the restaurant on multiple occasions and have always been greeted by a cheerful(and might I say helpful) associate anytime I have ordered. They are very calm, understanding and quite a pleasure to be around, I give the service a 10/10. On the other hand the food can sometimes be quite lackluster. Sure there are times when food is delivered quick, and nothing is wrong, but more often than not the pizza is quite greasy, colder than it should be, and doesn't have that Pizza Hut charm patrons are looking for. Sure, the food is okay(I mean it's pizza, it's kinda hard to ruin) but it feels more like a cheep frozen pizza rather than the quality we are "supposedly" paying for from the Pizza Hut franchise.

Hit or miss. If you get delivery it's usually cold just because of the lack of drivers they have... Sometimes the pizza is perfect, other times it's not so perfect. They are a little skimpy on toppings but it's a corporate thing not them...
