I just ate one of the worst tasting pizzas ever made. This Pizza Hut is Garbage! I wish I never tipped the driver.

Pizza tastes like cardboard, delivery was late, and the restaurant isn't very clean... dominos is close by!

This is the worst ordering experience I've ever had. We ordered via phone and agreed to meet the driver. We were informed the food would arrive in an hour. We arrived to the meeting place waited 30 minutes, called the store, and were informed they could not deliver our food. I asked the manager (who approved the order originally) to help us resolve the issue. She started yelling and cussing and hung up the phone. She used language that made my 5 year old niece scared for her safety after we asked for resolution. Do not under any circumstances order from this store.

This pizza hut is a joke. The pizza is disgusting and very much like cardboard. In the time it takes for a delivery to get to you, I could have gone to Italy and gotten a fresh pizza and come back. This establishment is completely ridiculous.

Pizza Hut franchise has always been my preference, and since I live closer to the Fredericksburg area, I usually go to one of those locations.
But last Thursday I was in Orange, and so went here. Must say that this visit really disappointed me. I can usually tell a Pizza Hut pizza by the sauce - it's just different somehow. At this location I ordered in - one medium cheese and one medium meat lovers. Yuk. Another reviewer referred to it as cardboard, and I must agree--no taste, and I honestly don't understand why. But what REALLY got me was that after bringing me my debit card bill, she actually stood there and watched me figure up the tip, total it and sign it. I have never experienced that before ANYwhere! Do they have a theft issue, is that it? If so, I completely understand, because tasteless food = bad experience. Never going back there.

Horrible location. The food is priced higher than other pizza hut locations for some reason. The food itself is not good, it tastes stale. And the general manager Rachel is incredibly rude and doesnt know how to deal with people or customers.

After waiting 5 mins for an employee to acknowledge me at the register to pick up my pizza. I was told that I couldn't have Parmesan. And that I would have to pay 49 cent for a 6 pack. I said what about one she said they only come in six. I then asked if customers pay for Parmesan when they eat inside she said no. I said what would happen if I used the Parmesan on the table she said that would be stealing. I responded with how would that be stealing if you just said that it isn't charged.. I understand rules and policies but why can't a customer have parmesan with their pizza. I'm absolutely disgusted that I was involved in a full blown argument over something so petty. I work across the street and will be sure to let everyone at my company how I was treated.

Horrible. Way over priced compared to the other pizza shops in town. The wings don't even come with ranch or blue cheese, they're $1 each. Didn't know this until I got my order. When I asked where the dipping sauce was, they said it was tossed in it. Other pizza huts include at least one for free, depending on the size of the order. When I called and asked why, they said they aren't associated with the other pizza huts and that they price how they want, and was told that I'm welcome to shop elsewhere.

I called the call cntr to place an order for delivery. My address & number was taken & call was disconnected. I called back. Call center rep took my number & address. She told me that my address was not on their delivery list but she would get manager approval. I was placed on a momentary hold. Rep came back on said everything was ok to proceed. Took my order. Told me 35 mins. 1hr later, I call the store directly & spoke w/rachel. She took my address and phone number and told me she couldn't find my order wich means the driver was out w/the food & it was dinner rush so it takes 1.5 hrs for delivery. Then my husband called back 40 mins later. Was told again the same thing. 2 hrs later we call the store again. Spoke w/latisha.Was told they dont deliver our address & had not made our food nor would they. I explained that I had gotten all clear by the call cntr & we should have been informed of that when we called the 1st 2 times. Both women yelled & hung up on us. Refused to give GM info
