Pizza Hut

Love this place shut down service cannot get any worse. If I could give zero stars I would be giving a zero star bad terrible horrible no good service. Food comes called delivery takes two hours. Bad bad bad bad horrible terrible I do not recommend it.

My wife came to visit me in Miami. Miami, Florida has a popping Latin flavor with cuisine to match. With all this different food around us, what did she have a taste for...pizza! She didn't want anything exotic...just slices of same old, same old pizza. Pizza Hut here I come.

What made Pizza Hut the choice was because Tmobile sent us a Pizza Hut deal for Tmobile Tuesday. For just $8, you recieve a large 2 topping pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. My frugal meter was thoroughly pleased so Pizza Hut was getting my business.

I used the Pizza Hut app to place my order. I was given a 14 minute finish time, so I headed there right away. When I arrived, my pizza was waiting for me.

Once again, the only difference between this Pizza Hut and any other Pizza Hut around the United States of America is the addition of palm trees outside. They did nothing different for the pizza. I order lemon pepper chicken bites off their value menu... nothing special. I ordered the pepperoni stuffed Cheez It pizza because they included it on the value menu... something a little different, but still nothing spectacular.

It's Pizza Hut people. Expect that and nothing more.

The employees were very rude and the store had an infestation of fruit flies and ants. I used my loyalty points through the app to purchase the pizza and it came out with no sauce and when i asked for them to make me the pizza i ordered, they laughed and said they can't do it and there are no refunds. Now here i am with a sauceless pizza and the cringy feeling that i may have brought some critters back home with me.

Out of all the pizza delivery chains, the Hut is always my preference. I like ordering through the app as it comes with plenty of coupons and easy customizable options making it clearer for order accuracy. For some reason, I always have an issue receiving the extra marinara sauce I order for my breadsticks. There's nothing worse than dry breadsticks with limited dipping sauce so it's a huge issue for me. Other than that, I always go for custom tho crust pizzas with onions and pepperoni. Although lately, I've opted for salami and I like it as well. It's not as fresh as a homemade pizza obviously but on a rainy day there are a good choice for delivery even though it always takes longer than it should. I've called the store a few times asking for an update on several orders I've made and never really was attended properly. It's hit or miss quite frankly.

I gave this Pizza Hut one star cause it forced me, it deserves zero stars. I just left the PH and the employees were the worst I have ever seen. The manager was unprofessional as can possibly be. I ordered curb side and no one would come out. I phone the store and watched the employees just standing around eating crap talking to one another ignoring the call. Other customers agreed that they never answer the calls. Worst service ever

Very disappointed. We ordered our pizza and it took 3 hours to get delivered to us. We kept calling and spoke with their staff who kept on lying to us by saying the pizza was ready but no driver was available. After my wife told them we wanted to cancel it, we received a text saying the driver was on its way.. Wont order again. Pizza arrived cold.

Incompetent staffs! Delivery did not arrived on time and my order was incomplete. The delivery driver expected me to pick up my delivery at the parking lot, instead of leaving it at my door following the no contact precautions.

Never been a fan of Pizza Hut's pizza. Decided to give it another chance since the commercials look so enticing with the cheesy bites.

This location has got to be the worst one I've ever been too. I order my pizza online I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and 30 minutes have gone by and still my pizza was not ready. The young boy who rang me up was extremely rude and obviously does not care about customer service.

When I got home my pizza was DRENCHED in tomato sauce to the point that the dough was beyond soggy. The pizza was so gross we threw it in the trash. NEVER AGAIN!

The first time ordering at this location was horrible, I ordered pizza by delivery and when I opened my pizza box the toppings were pushed off to the side. It appeared they had a rough car ride. I drove back to the Pizza Hut and the lady at the register told me it was completely normal for the toppings to be pushed off to the side. I would appreciate the next time the driver could take better care of the pizza and if a situation like this where to happen that the employees could own up to the problem instead of being rude and sarcastic.

This Pizza Hut is terrible!!!!!! I ordered a pizza online, because the person that answers the phone doesn't speak English. About 40 minutes later the delivery guy calls me and says he's outside, I go outside and no one is there, I see the driver 2 houses down, so I walk over and he hands me my pizza from inside the car.... he says he didn't notice the giant numbers on the outside of my house that's why he parked 2 houses down. On top of that my pizza was wrong and cold!!!!!!!!!
