Disappointment with Incorrect Order and Overcharge

Dear Pizza Hut,

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with a recent order placed at your establishment. My mother was looking forward to enjoying her specially requested pizza, but what we received fell significantly short of our expectations.

Firstly, the toppings on the pizza were incorrect. Not only did it lack several of the ingredients we specifically asked for, but it also included items we did not request. This oversight not only compromised the enjoyment of our meal but also raised concerns about attention to detail in your kitchen.

Secondly, upon reviewing the bill, it appears we were overcharged. The price did not align with what was initially quoted, suggesting we were billed for items we did not order or receive. Additionally, it seemed as though the portions of the toppings we did receive were less than what is standard or what we requested, which adds to our dissatisfaction.

I had expected much better service from a reputable establishment like Pizza Hut. This experience was not only disappointing but also concerning, as it reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction and accuracy in order fulfillment.

I hope this matter will be addressed promptly, and I look forward to your response on how you plan to rectify this situation.

Very disappointed, as it is everything it's so expensive and when Pizza Hut forgets to include your complete order it's upsetting. The point of having it delivered so I don't have to leave my home. And when you call and speak to the manager Sergio all he does is refund your forgotten item.

The price is so overpriced now. Once I got a pineapple ham pizza where all my pineapples were sour and hard. Haven't ate here since.

Absolute worst customer service. Threatening to not service again and cancel orders purposefully because of an ordering misunderstanding and even after apologizing for the mishap, absolutely ridiculous. Great way to lose customers.

Service is terrible and my pizzas were cold. Smh! Will never order from this Pizza Hut ever again.

I called in to see if they were open on 4th of July and the man who answered kindly said they are still open. Which then, I started customizing and ordering my pizza online. By the time I arrived to pick it up, I had to wait maybe about 15 minutes for it to be done baking. Went home and ate half of the pizza to myself lol.

Despite previous reviews here, I never had an issue with this location and I've been coming here for years since it's close by. Hopefully, I won't ever experience a negative outcome. I did the half and half large pizza and it satisfied my cravings. It was still hot and fresh and was ready to be eaten, was it worth my $24? At that moment it was haha

I have been going to this Pizza Hut for over 10 years, although, i stopped coming here for about 2 years and decided to come back to see if the pizza was still was very mediocre, i think that the pizza is honestly just ok, it can definitely be improved but by the means of pizza hut experience, its on average if not a bit subpar. I think the service though is what is really lacking. You walk in, it took 5 mins which is fine i don't mind waiting although with the pizza already being done, and not much going on in the back, id presume a bit quicker of a response, there was no welcome and there was no "be right with you". Moving forward, the pizza is more on the doughy side, with no real crispiness to the crust and no stretch to the cheese, my favorite menu item would be the cheese sticks and even these are a bit or miss, somedays they will be overdone and dry... not cheesy. As most pizza huts, the atmosphere is small and its more of a "pick-up" and go type place, no complaints as thats how the majority of pizza-huts are ran. Overall, the pizza is mediocre and more of a "snack" pizza. It CAN be inconsistent so keep this in mind.

There wasn't even a menu. Just a brochure taped to plexi glass and a rude ass employee who looked like he gave two fucks about the food, the quality of the food or his customer service. I was irritated by the lack of professionalism that we left!

The food was hot and fresh! I love that the wings were saucy and not dry. The personal pizza I ordered was made just how I like it the perfect amount of cheese and sauce.

Very disgusted with this place. Found a cockroach inside the box. Went to return and get my refund when the (Al) no last name, the manage, said their was nothing he could do about it because ONE slice was eaten. I told Al while my wife was eating a slice a roach came out of the box. Al said he could do nothing about it because more than one slice was eaten. I said to Al that wasn't true. He then said he wasn't trying to argue with me and to find the other managers to see if I could get my money back. This is a very clear example of poor customer service and very unprofessional especially when I showed Al the picture of the roach. Also included was the pizza with one slice eaten. Thanks Al for your service.
