Food was ready extremely fast! Lady was very nice and quick on getting us our take out order.
Inside is very homey and has many decorations, not many people inside though but not shocked because they mostly do take out.
Food was good, I would just recommend adding more vegetables to all dishes that include them.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 2749101980Dec 27, 2019
Limited menu, semi-abandoned, hole in the wall location that DEFINITELY has seen better days, but for what it is and where it is, you're not going to do any better than the Panda Garden. All the usual Chinese menu standards, along with a few surprises, reasonably priced. My "u-dong" Korean soup hit the spot, even though the noodles were closer to standard ramen noodles, and my steamed dumplings, while not "regulation" shaped, were good as well. I think their dining room might have seen more business in the past, but it's looking like mostly take-out here now. The week night I came in and waited for my order, I saw a pretty good, steady stream of takeout orders going out, and most seemed like loyal return customers.
If you find yourself in tiny Enon, Ohio, this is an a.o.k. choice (among about 4-5 (including 'Ye Olde Speedway Cafe!!') Nothing fancy, no surprises, just a bit of variety, which is all you need, esp. in this little "one horse" town!!Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - Charlotte G.Enon, OH01923Aug 13, 2022
Pretty good for the only Chinese place in town. The bang for your buck factor isn't really there, but hey, you get what you get. Has all the classic Chinese dishes.

VERY small portions, pretty expensive for what you get. The food is pretty average nothing to complain about but nothing to brag about either, you don't have to worry about the staff they won't talk to you, bad location, looks like a crappy hole in the wall.

I can only assume those who have given this plce 5 stars have not had chinese food outside of visits to local buffets of which the quality is atrocious. That said this place is the best Chinese food in Enon, being that it's the ONLY chinese food in Enon (if you don't count the egg rolls in the frozen aisle of Howards).
We first went a few years ago and were not impressed, but being it's been a while and we moved here now, decided to try again in hopes that they had perhaps chnaged cooks or owners. Nope.
Granted we are a bit jaded when it comes to Chinese, we used to live north of Cincinnati and often went to Uncle Yips for dim sum carts on weekends, and have been to some high end placesin our travels. So I have a higher expectation for chinese food than most who only know it from cheapo crap buffets.
Aside from that, I've never had another place sell me wontons and tell me they were Potstickers. Panda Garden did. Seriously, I even have a pic in the photos I uploaded. The fact they try to pass of wontons as a proper potsticker should make you take up arms and protest. And "pan fried potstickers"? Deep fried. Seriously.
We will continue to drive into Springfield the few miles to go to Hung Lung on Bechtle. Because dear god everythign there is delish and I'd stab a nun for their crab rangoon.
Two stars because I have had worse. 3 stars removed because, wontons, seriously?Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 1 - Gabrielle S.Fairborn, OH2851Nov 13, 2018
The service was great and so is the atmosphere. The food was kinda bland BUT very good and homemade. Definitely will come again

East Meets West and Old Meets New
This is the perfect OG Chinese food just like I remember from my childhood, but with modern sensibility. Everything is really fresh and not over-cooked or over-sauced in the typical miasma of corn starch, corn syrup and blandness. Hallelujah. The sweet and sour shrimp was excellent and the sweet and sour sauce ( served on the side) is also the best I've had. My husband had Mongolian Pork and it was perfectly cooked, lean, and accompanied by crisp-tender vegetables that hadn't been cooked into oblivion- also excellent.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Susan E.Enon, OH01Sep 8, 2021
HORRID! One star, too high. Steamed veggies and steamed pork. Veggies were fine. Rice ok. Steamed pork?? It was fried, and only fried part was there NO PORK. AND A CHINESE restaurant with NO ginger?? For shame.

Panda Garden has the best Chinese food in the area. The food is always fresh and the employees are so kind.

Generous with the rice, veggies were crisp (most places are soggy), great Hunan chicken. I would have given 5 stars even if the staff wasn't so damn pleasant and the restaurant cozy looking.
我会回来的。Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
