Mrs fields has been a childhood tradition of mine to always get for my birthday. I cannot explain how good the cookie cakes here taste. I wish they didn't charge so much which I definitely a downside of why I wouldn't purchase from here frequently. However, once a year on birthdays is definitely worth it. Quality taste forsure!!! Definitely check it out if you haven't they have smaller cookie sizes as well.

My son was turning 16 and asked if "they could put anything on a cookie cake" and I was like what? He wanted the Joker Smile, I called this location to see if they were open, and Rosa called me back and said I could send any pictures and what I wanted it to say etc. to her personal #, she went above and beyond to communicate what she was doing and when it was ready to pick up. And to find out her daughter Lizette (not sure if I spelled that right, so sorry) did the cookie cake smile. It was AMAZING!!! Such a rough year was trying to make this birthday extra special. If you have a simple or not so simple design and love Mrs Fields cookie, call them! Very thoughtful when I picked it up, all ready to go and super yummy, got a half cookie cake, so good still days later! Thanks so much!

Mrs.Fields is the BEST place to get warm, fresh, soft tasty cookies. Not only are the cookies great but so are their brownies. I love that they have TCBY as well which taste amazing. My favorite thing to get here is any kind of smoothies they're so delicious and the classic milk chocolate chip. 10/10 recommend everything in this store. The staff is very friendly, have a good sense of humor as well great customer service.

Great place to get your sugar fixin. The cookies are fantastic and they have a TCBY as well. Didn't get any Froyo but shall def get me some next time I'm there.

I was so sad when I find out they close this location at Chicago Premium Outlet but T I passed by and saw it was open and I went in and bought 40 nibblers and got 20 free right out of the oven the cookies were delicious and customer service was amazing.I'm planning on going back, it was an amazing experience.The location is under new management the manager and the staff were amazing.

I purchased four cookies this evening and 3 of the four were stale and I'm certain had to be day old cookies (at least). It was close to closing and they had cookies separated in trays and the same variety mixed on two different trays. I didn't think about until after biting into my first cookie, and it was stahl. They had the same variety on a lower shell but picked from the top. I tried the 2nd cookie and same thing, third cookie I took a bite and that went into the trash as well. At this point I've paid $7 for 4 cookies, 3 of which have gone into the trash. I gave them 2 stars as the chocolate chip cookie was fresh.

I never write reviews but today is the day I will write one. I went into the store this week with a few of my lady friends and was going to purchase cookies up until I saw an Employee (a middle aged women with glasses and black hair) start touching the raw cookies with her bare hands. Due to Covid-19 I think every employee handeling food should be wearing gloves!! I'm unsure if she washed her her hands but it is still disgusting because there are germs under finger nails! She was very loud and practically screaming at the other customers she was helping. Did not get to try the cookies because I saw how they were being baked but the Fro-Yo from TCBY was good ( all I got ). My friends got smoothies they said they were good as well. The young lady who took care of my friends and I was very polite and patient with us. I'm only giving the store 2 stars because the young lady who take care of us was very kind and even had gloves on while handeling our food even though she wasn't touching it directly! ( she had a dark blue mask and brown hair). Will not come back though for cookies that's unacceptable the way she was handeling them.

I am only giving this location 1 star, for one simple reason. I was prepared to buy a couple dozen cookies for a birthday dinner tonight. I had a coupon for Mrs Fields, that was buy 6 cookies and get 4 free. There are certain locations listed on the back, but a couple of the locations are no longer. So I came here and asked if she would take it. NOPE! Just because her location was not listed. I came here on a cold, slow day. Think should would wanna make the sale...NOPE! Ridiculous and greedy! No cookies tonight! Mind u, there ownd deal was buy 6 get 2. Oh well...

Okay, another Mrs. Fields experience, but in a different place! Here I bought the little cookies in the pail, some of the big cookies, and brownies for our trip back home. This was the fastest experience ever because I think I was in the store for like five minutes, but was able to order everything I wanted. Still, though, I spent a lot. $24 on cookies and brownies! Wow, but still. Sweet tooth! The salesperson was nice, but did not seem like she was a very happy person. I feel as if when you work in a sweets store, you should look happy at least. Well, maybe that's just me, but still, I would be if I worked there! Anyways, we always stop at this outlet mall on our way home from Chicago, and this Mrs. Fields is definitely one of my stops.
