Mimi's Cafe

A delightful brunch. We popped in at 12 on a Sunday. The decor is cute, like a French bistro. We had a quick 20 minute wait. We got our beverages quickly.

The menu is massive with lots of variety and a hint of french influence. I ordered a turkey club with fries. Husband got ham and Swiss crepes. The club is giant and fresh. My husband loved his crepes. He did say the potatoes were bland.

Service was great. It was efficient and prompt. We will definitely be back.

A friend and I grabbed lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Mimi's parking lot was fairly full. We walked in and we were greeted. There was no wait for our two person party.

My friend and I mostly focused on the breakfast section on the menu. I quickly settled on the Cinnamon Roll French Toast. Many other items sounded great but that one sounded the best. My friend ordered the Wildberry Crepes. We also both ordered coffee. My friend got an Iced Peanut Butter Mocha and I got a Cappuccino.

The Cappuccino was okay but I would not order if I revisit. My friend enjoyed the PB Mocha. Our food arrived a little while after the coffee. My French Toast was two thick rolls with powdered sugar and maple syrup. The dish was delicious. It is one of my favorite French Toast dishes.

Prices were a bit high but not outrageous. Service was solid. Our server was friendly and provided quick service.

I would like to visit again and try other dishes, but it will be difficult to top the dish I ordered on this visit.

Went for breakfast. Decent. Not outta this world but it was pretty good.
Great service - which is the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise- a 3.5
Definitely a chain type feel and I would guess that it was a lucky day...but we went there after walking in and out of Maple Street Biscuit and were really surprised at how good it was.

It's been years since I've eaten here until my most recent visit, last evening.

I was pleasantly surprised with the delicious food and the amazing service.

It seems like this place doesn't get a ton of traffic especially since it's tucked in a corner in front of the Polaris Mall.

If you're looking for a decent meal, no wait or little wait time to be seated, I definitely recommend checking this place out.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service and a little something for all. I would recommend for a family brunch or dinner!! They are about you have a great experience!!!

New Orleans on a plate. Brunch is terrific.
I have eaten there over 10 times and only once was I a teeny bit disappointed flavor of a dish

Thank you Mimi's Cafe for allowing our Brown Skin Brunchin monthly event here in Columbus, Ohio. I'll waitress Gabby was a treat She has a very nice bubbly demeanor and was a pleasure to have to take our orders. As a bruncher I always try to get a mimosa but they had no alcohol on Sundays That's kind of odd but nonetheless the food was plentiful.
Yes I will come back again. This is a jewel tucked back off of Polaris parkway.
Had lots of seating booths and tables.
I believe the theme is Italian lots of art on the walls decorations that had me thinking of Olive Garden.
This is worth the travel I don't stay on this side of town but I will travel for good food.

This is a regular stop of ours for breakfast and lunch. The food is always fresh and the atmosphere is relaxing and accommodating. I recommend it to someone looking for a casual restaurant with good food and friendly service.

Great service, lots of variety in the menu and I especially love that they serve breakfast all day. I got the salmon egg white omelette and it was delicious.

I had great expectations about this place but I think is no the best place I've been in a long time, not the worst but I feel I do not want to come back in a long long time. I had the waffles and fried chicken and it was more soggy chicken tender with a funny taste on a not so good waffle, disappointing from my perspective. The pancakes, were normal, nothing good to remember. The cold latte was well presented and tasty, but I did not come here for just a good coffee. The service was good enough to make you feel welcome and the restaurant was clean and organized. I hope to change my mind soon and give it another change to leave a better review.
