I came inside the building not a lot of people made like 2 or 3 the person that took my order was very kind and there was pretty good service so I got my order and it was all good but I hot a extra burger I did not order but I did not get changed for it the place was very clean and tidy 4 stars pretty good experience.

Fast food is not my first choice since half the time the food is not fast or even tastes like food. This time, I could tell the food had been sitting for a bit before being served. Fries were kind of cool and borderline stale. I got their deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and was not that crispy. Order took a bit longer than expected to come out which may have been due to the long drive thru line or being understaffed. Overall, it served the purpose of providing food but I would not come again. Bathrooms also weren't the cleanest.

First time here at around 8pm. It was only a few people inside, but the drive thru had a nice line. I dined inside. Ordering was good, and food came out pretty quick. The men's bathroom wasn't too bad it didn't smell too bad my only complaint was that the water was way too cold, but there was soap. The dining area wasn't bad. The bad was the self-serve section. There were no medium lids, no ketchup, no straws, and no napkins, but there was salt n pepper. My Dr. Pepper was flat. My filet of fish was hot, and the bun was nice, soft, and fresh. My fries were ok. Some of my fries were a little limp. McDonald's sure do not like overflowing the fries like they used to. What is up with that? I'm glad to add that I am most pleased that they decided to bring back the old McDonald's milkshakes because they are pretty good. My daughter had a vanilla milkshake. The apple pie was good. I ordered 2. One for me and one for my wife, she tore it up when she got her hands on it.

I honestly can see why this location has 1 1/2 stars I will NEVER come back. I order a spicy chicken DELUXE meal. I go to eat my sandwich and half the stuff to make the sandwich a sandwich is missing. Luckily I was in the area still and came back. I told the woman my food wasn't a deluxe which I paid for. Normal food places throw the food away and remake the food I got the EXACT sandwich back just with the missing items. I'm too scared to even eat the food. Who does that!! I thought this was a better location but clearly I was wrong. I Won't be coming back!! And I'm sitting outside writing this review in their parking lot thinking about going back inside and asking for a fresh sandwich smh truly unbelievable!

Im legit writing this not even 30min AFTER I left this location. Now I only eat McDonald's when its super late, or if it is convenient at the moment. I cannot stand McDonald's and this location is a prime example of the establishment being ran improperly.

I stopped by just to get a smiple bite to eat before an event. Drive through seemed unorganized and ran slightly slow, I ordered something simple (6 piece nugget meal and a separate order of fries and a mcdouble without onions). They also mentioned that they had a special menu in place due to the Covid-19 issues which is understandable. You would think for an easy order and a long line you would think that your food would be hot. NOOOOOOOPPPPPE. Fries were limp, soggy and cold. Burger looked smashed and whoever made it definitely did that on purpose. I couldn't even enjoy the food but needed to eat so I wouldn't get a headache.

Overall they need to update the weekend management or something because "this just ain't it chief."

Best McDonalds food I've had, probably ever. McDoubles were so perfect! McChickens were hot and perfect. All food was hot, order executed per our special wishes. And staff was so nice and welcoming. Restrooms were clean and dining room was clean as well.

Absolutely AWFUL experience. Placed order at 2:30pm. Waited for TWENTY MINUTES. At 22 mins I asked to speak to a manager. Tall African American woman came to speak to me and she was obviously irritated or stressed. The Lobby WAS FULL of people waiting for orders like me. I advised the manager i had been standing there for 22 minutes and she told me I could "Keep waiting or get a refund, those were our only 2 options". Two customers who were behind me and were also VERY FRUSTRATED at the amount of time it was taking for simple orders piped up and said, "We will take a refund". I opted to wait as I had already invested 25 minutes at this point. The mgr told me how they did not have enough employees and they had "JUST opened the lobby back up after covid" and were understaffed. Then as she walked away back toward the drive through window I overheard her (she was not speaking quietly, or in any way trying to hide her attitude, and she WANTED ME TO HEAR HER) tell the man working the orders for the lobby, that "If they (meaning the crowd of frustrated people waiting in her lobby) don't like it, they can GET UP ON OUTTA HERE I don't have time for this". I have NEVER experienced this attitude at a MCD's before. This manager needs to find another line of work. Her customer service skills are Abysmal!

These reviews of this McDonald's are hilarious. I was in tears reading them. We had to stop because we're on a road trip and this McDonald's is the perfect location off of 85. We got through the line just fine. The workers were totally fine. Our food? Fine. This was the same experience I've had at every McDonald's I've ever visited. Maybe these past horrible yet compelling reviews made them step up their game. Honestly the bad comments made us eager to visit and get a load of the horror show but we were delightfully disappointed haha. Regular normal boring uneventful McDonald's visit. We all know the drill.

Amazing service good food and got the order completely correct amazing performance by McDonald's best in a while!

This location is an joke and was hands down the worst visit. It seems like nearly the entire crew was incompetent and couldn't follow simple instructions. Also, I ordered two packs of fresh cookies at the intercom, get to the pick up window and the cookies were not fresh and in fact, they looked old. I gave them back and said fresh cookies...They came back with the same pack of cookies but you can tell that they were microwaved. These young people need more training!
