McDonald's at 67th and Peoria.

I had my son 10th birthday party there. So happy with this McDonald's. I had a big crowd.

McDonald's was a BIG team player. They let us have the whole kids room, they give us balloons, kids activities, etc...

We had couple of servers that helped us. They cleaned up the room before the party. Whatever we need- they was there for us.

We order the food. They was super fast and get the food out in orderly fashion. They was very prepare for us.

One server went to every table and ask if they want ice cream and they passed some out.

I want to thank ALL THE STAFF at this McDonald's especially Kiliah and Sky!

I generally have a great experience at McDonald's but, this location
Needs to work on customer service. I ordered 4 large drinks extra ice.
The manager was working the drive thru second window and was rude.
I asked why there was only a few pieces of ice in each drink and she gave me some unIntelligent response. She did give me a cup of ice in the small coffee
Cup ...after requesting it twice. still SMH
Just remember without the customer there is no you so start treating your customers like you care. And if you the manager I feel sorry for the employees that work for you.

WORST MCDONALD'S EVER!!! any of the jokes that you have ever heard about McDonald's definitely came from this location. Sooooo ghetto! they're no such thing as fast food here. Then When you do get your food if it is supposed to be hot, it's cold and if it's supposed to be cold, it's hot. The ice cream machine never works. They run out of ketchup at a burger spot! It's going down hill fast! when you tell the workers about the issue you having they look like they're not surprised at all. They're just surprised they've been called out about our. Whoever is doing stocking here needs to do better, much better.

Giving this location 1 Star because their employee, Logan, is the only Star there. He went above and beyond to try to fix a computer issue when the 20% Off Entire Order Coupon wouldn't process. When he called for assistance, the Manager on Duty (MOD)/Charlene took a bit to respond to him and once she arrive to the Pay Window she kept interrupting Logan and wouldn't let him complete his thought and just took off items, on the order till she got to amount she felt was 20% and then walked away. Unfortunately Logan was ready to provide the correct math and discount needed to be entered by Charlene, however was never given the chance. Under appreciated employees don't last long, in their roles and this is a perfect example of why. Logan went above and beyond to do everything correctly and the MOD just pushed him aside and when done walked away. When I got to the second window and asked for the MOD's Name, the Second Window Employee had to ask me to wait, so she could ask permission, to give it to me... The waiting time was long! Why does an employee have yo get permission to give the MOD's Name, to and asking and paying Customer? For all intents and purposes the MOD's Name may not truly be Charlene... It may be made up? Who know... This was my experience with the Custom Service... With respect to the food... The ice cream machine was down, the fries were cold and even though I had asked for sauces, for a 40 Piece Nugget Order and it was to be in the bag, I did the double check and Guess What???? I bet you guessed it... Not one sauce was in the bag and when I asked for the sauces that come with the order of 40 nuggets I was given a few... I'm going to say what everyone is thinking... I was giving so few sauces, as if it were coming out of someone's paycheck or bottom line!
The experience makes visiting the location uncomfortable even if it's just through the Drive-Thru.
Remember to double check your order, at this location, get the MOD's Name, if you have an issue and Post your reviews! Also, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PARK!! POLITELY SAY "NO THANK YOU! I AM AWARE THAT PARKING AFFECTS WINDOW TIMES AND MAKES IT APPEAR AS IF I HAVE RECEIVED MY FULL ORDER & AM NO LONGER IN QUEUE. I CAN WAIT. THANK YOU!"... No Drive-Thru can force you to park. It truly does effect Window Times and makes the restaurant look as if they are getting your order out to you timely and getting you on your way. This is how orders get messed up even more, food gets cold, you have to get down for missing items, etc... This is directly from a Fast Food Corporation Quality Assurance Inspector. ;)

This location is filled with not-so-bright employees. Since no one was coming to take my order, I decided to use computer kiosk. At this particular location, they should probably fire some people and install more computer kiosks since the kiosks are actually competent at taking orders. I felt bad for all the other people standing around waiting for their orders. Somehow, I was able to get my order ahead of several people waiting. They actually got my order wrong so I was able to correct them and they got my food out quickly. The food itself was of average quality. I will say that I really like their sweet and sour sauce over other fast food chains.

This place needs serious attention from the corporate managers it's crazy the stuff staff does here

I know McDonald's isn't a nice fast food restaurant it's cheap and quick, but if I'm gonna pay for something should get it. I walked in and asked for the extra whip cream that I paid for on my drink and whoever helped me said that it was at the bottom and I didn't wanna make a scene and argue over literally some whipped dairy so I left but it's the crappy customer service for me. Like girl, you can't just spray a little bit more of that ready whip on top like for real y'all gonna be cheeky with your whipped cream that I paid extra for this crap don't even look like a regular serving my cousin used to work at this McDonald's and he wasn't lying when they said they were rude and cheeky about their food‍

Depending on who is working depends on the quality of your food , for some reason this location is always switching managers .

Every time I come here the ice cream is half empty and not mixed! You have a machine specifically to mix these things and you can't manage to do it? And why is there hardly any ice cream!! For how much these cost we want the thing full!

I'd leave no stars if I could. They're constantly messing up orders and they're ALWAYS cleaning their ice cream machine or it's broken. Something needs to be done about it.
