I love when my burger looks like the picture on the menu board...giant and gorgeous... Hot with a super soft bun! French fries were hot, Diet Coke is the right fizziness! Way to go McDonald's, thanks for a yummy lunch

Closed 10 minutes earlier than the time displayed online (11pm), all I wanted was a drink!

Generally I avoid this McDonald's. The staff are usually rude and you can tell they are understaffed. So when the app redirected my mobile order from Cumberland to this location I already knew there was going to be an issue (not on them, I know). I tried cancelling on my end but since the payment already went through I had to get them to cancel it. Would have been fine if they had answered their phone. So I had to take time away from a relative in the ER to make an hour round trip, in bad weather, on a quarter tank of gas.. for less than $15 of food. Then when I get there I told them the issue to make sure I wasn't getting cold food and that they were still serving breakfast. The woman at the counter was pretty rude, didn't care about the phone issue, and asked "well do you still want it?" After arguing with me saying I had to cancel it myself and then saying I didn't even have an order there. I had to show her on my phone that I did and showed her on the FAQ where it said I had to contact the store. I just want them to either update their online phone number or at least pretend to be apologetic from ignoring the phone. Then the cherry on top was that the caramel macchiato didn't even meet bare minimum standard. Biscuits were nice though so there's that.

Over 5 minutes wait time FOR JUST chicken nuggets. No customer service either when they finally gave my food at drive through no manners no apology for the wait they just said " Well there you go" the lady with blonde hair and glasses needs to learn customer service because economy and all that's a poor work attitude to have . So sad and disappointing

Came into the drive thru and 1st impression was someone taking my order that sounded as if she hates her job or was just mad at the world. No type of customer service. Very angry tone. After I said can I get ..... she replies "what else " "what else". Fries where cold. The gentleman that gave us the food was very polite and needs a better supporting cast. My wife bites into her burger and spits it out because of the mush, raw patty that you served. HOW IS THIS ALLOWED? WHERES THE MANAGMENT THAT SUPPOSED TO CHECK FOR TEMPERATURE WHILE YOU STORE THEM IN YOUR FOOD WARMER?? YOU SAY YOU MAKE TO ORDER BUT THIS LOCATION DOES NOT!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU COME TO THIS OR ANY MCDONALD'S!!!!. IF MY WIFE GETS SICK YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM ME!!!

This particular location is the best! The crew there is friendly, efficient, and the food quality is always good. I will go out of my way to go to this location.

This location is massively overcharging for some items on their menu compared to other area McDonalds. Example, 4 piece nuggets are $1 at other area McDonalds but this location is charging $2.19. Check and compare and avoid this location. It often has rude staff and a slow drive thru.

Order a quarter pound burger withOUT onions and bun. I got a quarter pound burger WITH onions and a bun. We repeated the order 3 times and they still did not get it right! Also French fries no salt on them! Will not be back!

Haven't been to McDonald's in years... I'm extremely happy with the warm welcome back. This location was very clean and remodeled. I ordered well over 100 breakfast items for my Soldiers this morning. The manager was very encouraging and had a great friendly staff. The General Manager Derek also assisted to expedite our order. I was very impressed. The GM Derek is also a veteran. I recommend this location.

Food was good and service was fine. Not really much to complain about. Order was right and drive thru didn't really take long
