McDonald's

Purchased this gem earlier today. Only reason it was not returned for refund was the fact that I live a bit away and didn't check it until I got home...... do people make the food here or machines gone wrong?!

Shame on the person who made this (and got paid to do it) and shame on the management for not running a better business.... I will spend my money elsewhere in the future.

20 bux an hr and they still can't get my order right what a joke!!

Well I noticed that this location already has horrible reviews, so one more probably won't matter to them, at least not enough to actually get them to change. I went about 8 o'clock on a Saturday evening to take my son to get some food.

They were closed. At 8 o'clock. On a Saturday. I don't have the words.

I just wanted to make a review for the service I received the other day . I didn't get her name but she is so beautiful and was so kind to me and my family . She had colored eyes I believe they were green or blue and braces and she is lightskin . Her customer service is and was above and beyond . I've been going through so much and her small act of kindness lit up my entire day I almost cried I was very emotional though lol . we need more people like her in the industry . Thankyou so much beautiful young lady for being amazing they need to promote you !!!

I really found mold in my breakfast sandwhich. This is disgusting. How is this ok?? Yall need to be held accountable for this.

My family and I went through the drive thru and we were not greeted. After 3-5 minutes we started saying hello and the crew member said "hello" I asked if was able to order and he said yes. I order our meal and there was no response. I asked if he heard my order and he said "yes". I asked him to repeat it and he did in a frustrated voice and said "what else." I said that would complete my order and he said "cool pull up."

When I arrived at the pay window the crew member did not greet me but proceeded to finish texting on her phone. After 2-3 minutes of waiting she finished her her text and greeted me with the total cost.

Finally at the pick up window when we received the order it was incorrect and I had to wait to ask the crew member for the missing items. He begrudgingly gave me our missing items and then walked away from the window with no conversation.

I stopped by this McDonald's today, (January 4 2024 around 1 PM). I simply ordered chicken nuggets, fries and a Coke. I wanted the nuggets fresh and hot. I pull to the window, and the guy tells me to pull to spot number two, and they will bring it right out to me. Five minutes goes by, eight minutes goes by, 10 minutes goes by, 12 minutes goes by! I get out of my vehicle and walk inside. I tell one of the workers I've been waiting for almost 12 minutes in Reserve Spot #2 for fresh nuggets. She looked at me (unconcerned) and went to check my order number. Other people were just standing around waiting for their orders. She walked over to the fries and put them in the bag. I asked "are my nuggets fresh?" She looks at me with a smirk, turns her back and continues working. I asked for her manager. I told her that they are disorganized and no one appears to know what the hell they're doing, and they need to get their act together. She was very apologetic, but that didn't help. And on top of everything, you have homeless people walking up to your car window asking for money. Do yourself a favor and don't patronize this location.

Tonight's staff was amazing. And I'm usually honest. This goes to the staff that was at 7:45 pm. Happy and attentive. It's rare to see that at such establishments. So kudos to the7:45 pm staff on 09/08/23. Y'all made my after work day dinner! Drive thru

This McDonald's is sooooo SLOW!!! It's ridiculous how long I waited for a 10 piece n 6 pice McNuggets.... Two customers requested refunds due to the wait time!! If my grandsons didn't want McDonald's I would have left!! Who ever the manager is here obviously is doing a bad job at supervising the crew.... Plus they don't have honey... Really? INSANE ON THE AIT TIME!!!

Today I went to McDonald's and I had a issue and the manger was the best and she helped me and was very kinda about it to and she even gave me free fries and they gave me my food kinda fast and the manger look like she can be fun to and take her job seriously
