Happy Meal, of course. There's a particular toy Baby K wants this month.

8pm on a Friday, thought it might be packed, but only one car ahead of us. Friendly service at both windows. Pretty fast.

K liked her meal, nuggets and fries and apple slices. I got a deluxe "McCrispy." Put together well and held together; sometimes they are sloppy.

I'm not a big fan of McD's but with a kid we go once or twice a month. I can tolerate the chicken sandwiches and an occasional burger. Wouldn't stop by choice, but I can deal with it once in awhile. And this was more pleasant than I thought it would be, so yay.

I love there chicken nuggets and fries and so does my son thank you for your delicious food and your delivery had never messed up my order!!

Their food is usually ok but this is just unexceptable. This just reminds me of why I don't eat out as often.

Ratchet McDonald's. I'll eat here but it is extremely ghetto. Only willing to come to McDonald's for breakfast food. Can't eat the lunch without feeling sick yuck

This place has been going down hill. It has finally hit ROCK bottom.3/30/2002 : the drive thru had about 20 cars. So, I went inside. Stood in line and stood in line about 10 min. My turn! The guy taking orders basically ignored me. He was pouring drinks, mixing this and that while there were ample employees to do this. Three people behind me LEFT and I did as well. Close it down or hire competent people to work. NEVER go there on the weekend unless you have a lot of time.
Food has become deplorable!!!

Horrible horrible horrible horrible did I say horrible! Do not go here past 2 PM. That's when the employees to take pride in her job leave and then all the hood rats come in. Mistakenly just got a big Mac at 6:30 PM. Burger was burnt and look like it's been sitting for hours

Horrible! Almost all the time I go to this location there is something wrong with it. There is missing food, expired food, etc. Customer service is okay but the actual food is not okay. McDonald's needs to fix this place up. Don't recommend getting any food at this place.

Watch out going to this place. My fiancé and I went here today, 8-8-17 at about 7:30 PM. When we ordered, the person at the drive through didn't say anything for about 5 minutes before I had to say "Hello?" A couple times. After giving my order, they didn't give me a total and there was nothing that came up on the screen to show they got the order right. They just told me to come to the first window. When we arrive to the first window, they guy gives us a total with no recap of the order. When he hands our card and receipt to us, the order is completely wrong and we tried to bring it up but he was waiving us through to the next window.

We then brought it up to the people at the second window, who then told us that what we actually ordered was more expensive and acted as though we were just trying to be difficult.

While they did end up giving us what we had actually ordered, the whole time, we could hear them talking shit about us behind the window and they were shouting about how we ordered it at the window like we were trying to get free food. They took our receipt so that we couldn't take the McDonald's survey that is on the receipt, but I'm at least leaving this review.

If they get your order wrong, they will act like it's your fault, and then they will openly talk shit about you in front of you as if you weren't even there. This place is a joke and I wouldn't spend my money here.

I frequent this location on a regular basis. The day time staff and night time staff are literally as opposite as day and night.
The daytime staff are always so nice and friendly and never is my order served to me wrong or incomplete. Those women that run the drivethru run it like a well oiled machine, all while maintaining a great attitude!!
Nighttime staff? Psssssh. Not. Even. CLOSE.
More times than not, you are greeted by the pre-recorded greeting at the outside speaker (which is a friendly upbeat voice) followed by a long pause and THE most ghetto voice taking its place with a "sigh-Can I help yo?"
Try placing an order of more than one item, and expect to be interrupted after each thing you order with that ghetto voice continuously asking you "sigh-is that it?"
Ghetto chick with attitude (whom I realized was the actual manager on duty, so there's THAT)
"Can I help yo?"
Me: yes, could I get a (I won't bore you with my entire order- just know it was to feed myself and my two teenager)
*After each item ordered
Ghetto chick: "is that it?"
A N N O Y I N G!
I complete (finally) my order and then
Me: "That's all"
****RADIO SILENCE****
Ghetto chick: " Twinny Fotee" ($20.40) No recap of my order.
I proceed to the cash window. No recap of my order. I pay and proceed.
Nooooow we get to the pick up window.
I'm in the car alone, the same chick from the cash window is now at the pick up window (Busy chick*insert sarcasm*)
She proceeds to start handing me 3 large drinks and I ask her for a cup holder.
She snaps "We ain't got none o dem. We out."
So I take them one by one and am juggling the 3rd one since most cars only come equipped with 2 cup holders. Meanwhile, while I'm clearly getting situated, she's practically inside of my car with the food bag, saying "here go yo food". So much so, that I had to say, "hang on please, I'm attempting to juggle this large drink without spilling it all over myself. Give me a second please."
I finally get the drink wrangled and take the food bag, which is crammed so full that it's a whole ordeal to even check your order for accuracy (by design I'm sure, since the night crew is notorious for screwing up SOMETHING in the order).
I discover that I'm missing a medium fry. ONE MEDIUM FRY. This chick proceeds to walk back to the cash windows register, comes back to the cash window and says "You ain't order no other medium fry."
Me: Yea I did.
Her: no you ditent.
Me: I did. And if whoever was taking my order would have been less concerned with interrupting me every 2 seconds while acting as if I was completely on her last nerve, then perhaps she would have heard me place that part of my order. Regardless, I'm gonna need a medium fry, which I'll pay for if it wasn't charged the first time.
This chick proceeds to tell me I need to pull through the whole drive thru again, because they don't do add on orders at the window. Let me remind you again, this was for ONE MEDIUM FRY. I can completely understand if I were placing another order for five more meals but this was for one medium fry that had they not as interrupted me in the first place they would have heard me order it the first time. With the over abundance of attitude I had received up to that point, I was no longer interested in entertaining being nice. So I proceed to tell the ghetto chick that I am not going through the whole process again because of her mistake. She then says to me " not my mistake trick. Yours cause I read the order back to you not once but twice."
I replied to her by saying "No the hell you did not repeat my order. Not even once, much less twice. You maintained your funky ass attitude till the end, when you simply came back on the speaker and said twinny fotee. Don't lie to me of all people when it comes to what you did and didn't say to ME.
The one ghetto chick threatened to call the cops. To which I replied "you wanna call the cops over one medium fry, be my guest. But I can assure you it will be hours before they get here and there won't be lights and sirens.
The manager then says to her sidekick "Gimme dat damn receipt and imma just give her money back for the whole order."
She then proceeds to one by one enter the order at the front counter register, then one by one void that order in order to get $20.40 to give me.
So the ghetto sidekick then says to me "uh gimme all dat food back- she's givin you yo money back."
I literally laughed and said, "That's HER decision. I didn't ask for a refund and if you want all this food, come out and try to take the shit outta my car. But I most certainly am not giving it all back for you all to throw away, when I wasn't the one that asked for a refund. And she's capable of voiding a whole order manually at that register, but unwilling to fix her mistake by order and accepting the money for ONE medium fry. Which is about as ignorant as it gets."

This Mcdonald's has the worst service. I guess I've ignored reviewing it till today but today was bad. I went through ordered a mcdouble with mustard only, a fry and an ice tea. The mcdouble might as well had no mustard at all and my dad was charged almost 5 bucks for just the mcdouble and charged again for the fry and tea. The sandwhich was hard and tasteless and the fries old. I would not recomment
