The food is a little above average at times, although it's hit or miss depending on the day. This is strange to me because it seems to be the same cook.
The service is pretty awful. In fact the last time I went in there I ordered a couple of meals which included crispy tofu (it's never actually crispy but whatever) tossed in a general tso's sauce. This is the same order my wife and I have gotten on a few occasions.
The woman on the phone tells us it will be ready in 20 minutes. We showed up 30 minutes later and not only was the food not ready but I kid you not, I waited inside for 45 more minutes to finally receive our order, which upon inspecting was missing my wife's tofu.
I told the woman and she said they were "out of the tofu". I had already paid and it took a few minutes (language barrier) for me to see that they did not charge me for it. Still, I waited forever and was a bit annoyed and asked her why she wouldn't have told me over the phone they didn't have the ingredients for my wife's meal...because we would have just eaten somewhere else. It was then, that the cook came running over and quite aggressively said "we are to busy to make the tofu".
In fairness they were busier than usual, but dont take my order then make me wait an hour for food that doesn't include one of the meals we were expecting because you "didn't have it, or I'm sorry WERE TOO BUSY TO MAKE IT!"
I left very irritated and my wife was beyond ticked off waiting patiently in the car to find out she didn't even get her food. I was trying to explain what happened and she couldn't make sense of it. Well that made two of us.
It just turned into a whole problem, but the solution is simple ... We won't be coming back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Patricia C.Girard, OH227016Jul 12, 2023Updated review
Disappointing! I have been going here for years and have always been happy with the quality and flavor of their dishes but over the last year to year and a half I've been disappointed. I have gotten the chicken Lo Mein and there were hardly any vegetables in it. The egg rolls used to be plump and juicy with a great crispy exterior. Now, there is hardly anything in them except layers of dough and not even enough filling for a dumpling wrap. This evening I got Orange Chicken which is supposed to come with broccoli. I asked for extra steamed broccoli and I guess extra means 2 additional small pieces because there were 4 small pieces under what was supposed to be chicken. Now let's talk chicken. This dish is made with chicken thighs. I know for a fact because this is what I buy at my butcher that they are not that expensive. I bit into a piece of this chicken(?) and it looked as if it was an entire piece of breading so I dissected a few chicken(?) pieces and low and behold I found the chicken! It was cubed, about a quarter of an inch piece that must have had 3 layers of breading because this quarter of an inch piece was about an inch and a half across which required at least 3 bites. I'm sad because the flavor was spot on but I can not justify paying for a dinner that doesn't even have the protein from one chicken thigh in it and 4 tiny florets of broccoli. I guess it's time to make it at home as I won't be going back to my favorite little take out spot. This is just too sad.

I've tried a lot of their dishes, and they are good. Favorites are the dumplings and their Sesame chicken, but the grandchildren and sons also like their General Tso's and fried rice. They will add veges to the rice if you ask and they need some extra. It is a good little local oriental spot, we all have them.

The chicken fried rice was awful. Nothing but flavored rice and chicken. And the flavor was way off. Almost a saffron taste.
The orange chicken was good.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jeannette S.Youngstown, OH071Nov 17, 2019
First time eating from here and I ordered delivery using the online website. The food was here within 20 minutes. It was all very hot and tasty. The egg rolls were nice and crispy. They gave me a reasonable amount of sauces, and the delivery driver was nice and personable. Great food, great service. I am very impressed and will absolutely be ordering from here again.

Absolutely love this place! Have ordered take out and delivery for years and always consistent. Crab Rangoon are amazing! Sweet and sour chicken is the best I have had and I travel a lot. Bourbon chicken and general tsos chicken is on point as well. Give this place a try for sure.

The BEST Chinese around!! I literally drive past two Chinese restaurants to get here. They will customize any dish to your taste, sometimes there is a small charge for extras or substitutions. Orders are always correct always hotnd always delicious. My favorite is shrimp with lobster sauce and my husband will not eat general tso's chicken from anywhere else. Tonight my six year old informed me that she doesn't eat egg rolls but she'll "crunch down the ones he makes because they're sooooo delicious!" The only negative would be there is somewhat of a language barrier and sometimes I feel rushed ordering.
