Little Caesars Pizza

If I can leave zero I would. I go in and order a pepperoni cheese stuff pizza. And these people give me a regular pepperoni and charge me for the cheese stuff. It's fucking pizza. Not rocket science. And the pizza that "just got done" was cold af. Don't go to this location. Recommend going to a different location

I ordered 2 of the mostest pepperoni pizza. As you can see with my pictures I placed on their site, the pizza's were not the mostest. Photos under Joan Griffith. One photo was 2 pieces on a paper plate. Not enough pepperoni on that picture and a picture I posted of a full pizza shows low amounts of pepperoni in the center. I am totally disappointed with the making of the pizza. I have bought pizzas from them numerous times that were great but now I am thinking of going elsewhere for my pizza cravings. Manager should of been at the counter watching and helping workers get quality pizza out.

Let me start off by saying that the staff is always very nice. That being said, when I go to a place of business that's making the food I'm going to eat, I do not want to see a guy in sweatpants and another guy with the longest dirtiest fingernails. I think some quality checks really need to be done!

Way under staffed. Employees have attitude problems. Just pay the 2-5 bucks more elsewhere get better pizza better people and u are less likely to deal with such a understaffed establishment waisting more time

This should be a ZERO star review.
First, I placed and paid for an order online on 11/4. I found out my husband already had other dinner plans so called the store to cancel. Was told she couldn't refund my payment, but she would cancel the order and I had to go through the online process for refund. I immediately tried to reach out through their "customer contact" portal, requesting refund. No response.

About a week later, I reached out again through their portal. Nothing.

I have tried again today, at about 4:30 this morning. It's now almost noon and I STILL have not gotten any response to any of the three messages I've sent.

So Little Caesars got more than $25 from me but I got nothing from them!

Store hours online and on the actual business are posted that they are open at 9:30 pm on Monday. It should actually be changed to 9:25pm since we walked with another customer being served and we were told they were closed. When we said the sign said 9:30 the employee said it was after 9:30 and we said no it's not we still have 4 minutes till 9:30 which then they decided to keep denying us service.

The staff is friendly and my pizzas always hit the spot, I probably order from here once a week. By far the best little cesars around!

My family and I usually order from this location. We ordered this evening at around 4:20 pm on 10/2/2021, it was horrible. The pizza was hard, with barely any cheese or sauce and the whole thing was so greasy. There is no customer service and it seemed to get worse over time. I would say maybe a couple of employees are polite. If they don't care about customers I can only imagine what they do to the food. We pretty much have given up on eating out, it's 98% of the time a bad experience. So much for supporting local businesses. We will never return.

Came in to order some pizzas I wanted the square deep dish lunch special. We've always been able to order this anytime of the day. I was told that they were Under New Management and that they are not allowed to make those after 2pm. I asked even without the lunch price special? I was told " no"
I guess i will have to go to a different Little Caesars in the future...

Oh, and the picture that is being shown under Little Caesars is very unattractive... an employee smoking right outside the door? Not ok.

Tonight's pizza was udder gaRbage!! We stop in once or twice a month because my s.o. is a diE haRd on believing in their slogan.. "World's most bestest. .." and we usually come away happy.. but WHAT the holy halo Batman!!? Like our stuffed deep dish was soo far from the NORM my first thought was it actually replicated their $5 lunch special.. because the pizza didn't even come close to fitting the box.. then I realized it was from their own commercial.. "yeah guys think we're gonna need some crust here..?" I was so awed in disappointment that i almost overlooked the 2nd most bestest BURNT pepperoni pizza we scored for our dining pleasure tonight_ anybody for DRIED cardboard!! Definitely the scene in Elf.. where Buddy proceeds to blindfold her as she sips the World's most crappiest cup of coffee.. Little Cesar's .. Give me the hat!!
