Little Caesars Pizza

There's usually a very long wait at this location, and despite things often going wrong with my order, I've continued to come back since it's so close. But I am truly done after today. I usually expect nothing to be hot or ready, and expect a wait every time I come here, but today, after paying and being told to expect a 15 minute wait, my son and I waited in the lobby for 45 min. with no communication at all. I try to be patient and understanding because I know things can get busy, so we waited until we couldn't any longer.

When I started to notice people who came in after me leaving with their order, it turns out that they hadn't even started my order. I got a refund and left. I'll be avoiding this place for good and I'll be sure to let anyone I know thinking of going here to avoid it as well. I'm sure they'll be glad. They cannot handle the volume of orders already.

When they make your order wrong they call you names like bitch and tell you you're disrespectful for pointing out their mistake. They need to have an actual adult there instead of a bunch of children who think they're better than everyone else just because they work there. This is the worst Little Caesars I have ever seen. Extremely disappointed.

I'm not sure of all little chasers but the one on Norton and Sullivan is not for me. They haven't gotten my orders right. I usually get this every Friday and have for years. I'm not sure why they can't get my order right because I order the same thing every Friday and pay door dash to deliver it. I always ask for party cut(square cut) extents most bested as well as garlic Parmesan 10 piece. Sometimes the forget the chicken not square cut and the sauce pepperoni and cheese doesn't fill the bread . It's usually cold and it's like they just took it out the heat box. That's why I order square cut it should be at least warm

We waited for over 30 mins...was told we would have to wait 5-10 mins. There was trash all over the place. Employees wearing sweat pants and slides!! People were being served before us, this happens almost every time we go in there

Let's put it this way.

You know when you're watching a horror movie and the characters are idiots? The ones who go into the obviously haunted house after dozens of clues tell them they shouldn't, under any circumstance, go inside the obviously haunted house? That was me and my friend at this Little Caesar's.

As we walk inside, a woman walks out holding two pizzas and rasp-whispers to me, "Check EVERYTHING before you leave." Not a great sign. And yet, like two naïve horror movie dumb-dumbs, in we go.

At first, it's just the usual Little Caesar's experience. You know, employees standing around doing nothing, abnormally long lines, the smell of that weird liquid butter substance wafting over to greet your nose, etc.

And then...

In storms a man. Runs up to the counter and screams, "WHERE THE F*CK IS TOMMY?!" You see, the craziest part about this wasn't the man screaming; it was how normal the employees treated him. The manager says, "Oh, he's out back smoking," to which the man replies, "WELL, HE BETTER GET THE F*CK OUT HERE." Then he leaves.

We finally order. Nothing complicated--a Cheese Deep Dish Pizza. We sit down to wait.

More and more people file in. It's starting to look like Walmart on Black Friday. People standing around, huffing and puffing, not a single pizza being given out.

And then. Oh, then.

In comes the main. Again, the throws out his go-to line, "WHERE THE F*CK IS TOMMY?!" and paces up and down the checkerboard floor. He runs up to cashier, bangs his hands on the counter, and screams, "Where IS he?! F*ckin' meth head! I'll have this f*ckin' place shut down!" Again, the employees treat him like this is normal (?!?!?!?!) and ask him what his name is so they can tell Tommy after he gets back from his break. Like something out of a cheesy dram-com, the guy replies, "He knows who I am. I'm his worst f*ckin' nightmare," and out he goes.

By this point, we've been sitting and waiting on the pizza for 25 minutes. The eight employees in the back (jury's still out on why there were so many) are cracking jokes and playing trash can basketball with crumpled papers. There are pizza boxes everywhere. Some open, some empty, some stacked on the corners of tables.

Bet you thought that guy finally left by this point, right?

Wrong.

In he comes. Walks up to the counter and says calmly, "I'd like to order a pepperoni pizza." Pulls out the biggest wad of $100 bills I've ever seen. He pays. He gets his pizza immediately (I'm starting to think the employees know this guy...) and--wait for it--starts walking out without the damn pizza. Turns around, laughs and says, "Ha, I almost forgot my pizza!" and leaves one last time.

So, back to our humble cheese pizza. It's been 35 minutes. And still, not a single pizza has been given to a single customer inside the place (with the exception of that screaming dude). I'm starting to feel like I'll never get out, that I'm in some inescapable circle of hell. The Little Caesar's guy on the wall is laughing at me in his stupid little toga.

My friend goes up to complain. Wants to know how long it'll be. The cashier turns around, asks the employees in the back, and they all shrug. SHRUG! Honestly, I feel like that's the symbol of this place: a sloppy, lazy little shrug.

The manager comes up and whispers something in the cashier's ear, and she says to my friend, "Four minutes." Obviously, my friend is D-O-N-E with this damn place by now and asks for a refund. Miraculously, they give her one, and we're out the door with our pizza in a few minutes.

Oh, did you think it was over now?

Wrong. Again.

I started driving. When we were about five minutes away, that prophetic whisper from the woman hit me. We didn't check the pizza. I was sure everything was fine--we were there for 40 minutes; surely the order was correct--but I turned to my friend anyway and asked, "Did you check the pizza to make sure it's right?"

She looked at me, closed her eyes and opened the box ever so slowly...

PEPPERONIS.

PEPPERONIS!

PEPPERONIS! ABSOLUTELY! EVERYWHERE!

My friend and I, two vegetarians who just wanted a damn cheese pizza and wasted 40 minutes of our lives we'll never get back, screamed at the top of our lungs.

TL;DR?

DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you're a comedian looking for some fresh content or someone trying to make a viral video, stay away from this pizza hell hole. I've literally never experienced a place so idiotic and inefficient as this in my 24 years of living. Impressively terrible!

Walked in there... the floor was disgusting, the customer service was horrifying. I called in my order and they SOLD IT! i was there 5 minutes before they said my order would be ready. Not only did that happen, the MANAGER HANDLED MONEY AND THEN WENT TO REMAKE OUR PIZZA AND DID SO WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS... and she touched CASH! not that it matters much because nobody knows where other peoples shit has been or where there hands have been. i'm utterly disgusted with this place, beyond disgusted.

The pizza has gotten better. Service can be questionable. Past couple times we've gotten LC, they've looked hastily prepared. Today, they were not busy...I was the only one there and the only one that had an order in the portal...and this is what I got. Tastes fine, but it shows how little they really care at this location. It doesn't take long to slice a pizza. Take a little more care, guys. That's all.

Today i brought home pizza for my kids and while finishing up her first piece of pizza my youngest daughter points out jokingly "My pizza looks microwaved" now keep in mind she is 10 years old she also mentioned "It taste like the pizzas we make from home" now i ignored it because she has always been a picky eater and has always had a negative input on something thats when my 16 year old Gags loudly as she spit out her pizza crust claiming it taste like rubbing alcohol my youngest laughed and finished eating after a while she spit hers claiming it taste like bleach and not to mention it was burnt BEWARE OF THERE NASTY CRUST

I haven't even opened the pizza box but I have to give thanks and praise to the gentleman that helped me out with my order today. He was extremely professional and kind to not only me, but the other couple of customers that were being helped by him as well. As someone who works in the automotive industry as a customer service representative, it always brings me joy to see somebody putting pride into their job, especially at a place like Little Ceasers. I am kicking myself because I did not get the gentleman's name but hats off to him, and I hope his uppers take notice.

Can't keep up with demand. Customer service is horrible. If ordering online add 30 minutes or more than the suggested time to get your pizza. Wow and it gets worse. After waiting an hour for my pizza I asked for a refund and that didn't happen. Instead I was told they are working tickets in order. Now I watched people come in and out of this store getting their pizza and my ticket continued to get skipped. The manager had no intention of making it right and there was not even an apology from him. Instead we were told to call back at a time after they closed. I will never return.
