Bad food, lady doesn't take down orders properly, food is bad, food quantity has reduced but not the prices , decor change looks like a wall barrier and dull interior poor lighting , wonder how long they can keep this up.
Make sure you ask for bread and jelly it's not free for the helping unlike the old days.. but it's free if you ask. Bright spot!

522331944Jun 21, 2023Food, service and restaurant was a great experience. I was able to use my La Madeleine Rewards app for a free side salad. My co-workers and I was able to place our orders quickly and receive our food quickly.

I use to eat here like twice a week because it was affordable and the food is always delicious but they've raised the prices so much, the Cafe sampler use to be $10 and now it's $14 with tax and that's not even including a tip and the pesto pasta with chicken use to be $11 and now it's $16. Like that's an insane price increase. Its just not practical for me to eat here anymore. I'd rather go to an actual restaurant and be served for those prices instead of lunch line style with a tray and you have to get your own drinks and silverware. It's too bad I really did use to love coming here but inflation and corporate greed have ruined most small joys in life.

The staff was very nice. I haven't been to a store in this area before and I definitely don't regret making a stop. The store has a weird set up but the staff make it easy to understand and the cashier was very patient

On rude. The Caesar salad with chicken is not the same. Cold Pre done chicken as gross. If you want extra dressing he informed me was extra. Really ? Salad is expensive and walked through the line with tray is cumbersome. I was informed they will never display the bread again and you don't get it unless you ask. When I got home the bread was stale. So

May 22, 2021Previous reviewIf I could rate zero stars I would. The Cesar salad now with chicken has cold unappetizing chicken. Everything pre made and packaged. Still no bread. How this place stays in business is a mystery.
May 25, 2017Previous reviewBeen coming to this location for a few years. The quality of food has consistently declined especially for the high price they charge. Their system is confusing and irritating. Waiting in long lines that seem to crawl and then jockeying to get your drinks and silverware and tiny pieces of dried out bread then maneuvering to a table with a heavy tray. All that and they charge a very high price. I have put up with their cumbersome system but recently the food quality has declined. The lettuce in the Cesar salads is consistently limp and wet and old. It is always the white part of the Cesar and if you ever order to go the lettuce will have been already sitting in a container in the frig. This results in soggy croutons and wet limp lettuce.
They need to take a page out of corner bakery that delivers your food to your table. Much more efficient and their quantity of food is much higher.
