Terrible!!!! Haven't had Krystal in some time. Driving thru from Texas. Wife and I stopped in for lunch. The bun literally scratched the roof of my mouth! Both my meal and my wife's meal was as stale as could possibly be! While it has been awhile since we have had Krystal's, this has never happened to us. The meat was as dry as the buns, like a piece of leather. If I hadn't been in a rush, I would have gotten off the highway and returned the food. Someone please look into the quality of food this place is putting out! It's not fit to eat!

I don't think the employees get paid enough to clean anything. Also the last most likely pre-made microwaved burgers they served us were even worse than the restroom's sanitization for example the bread was soggy and the chicken was definitely not cooked all the way. Either way we weren't there for some super good food but this restaurant set a new low for sure. To put in perspective on how bad this restaurant was I would like you to know I'm a 13 year old child who felt the need to write this review.

placed my order 2x and still got hard biscuit and wrong order. Poor service

this place was filthy when i came in here!! cook was pouring sunflower seeds in his mouth while cooking food service had some attitude too!

Went through the drive through at 9:40pm , employee said they we're already cleaned up for the night. He said they closed at 10. Good thing Taco Bell wasn't closed.

This fast food chain is very much like White Castle that can be found up north. Thinner beef paddies, my husband and I were able to share the #1 combo with cheese (4 burgers, fries and a drink) for $7.50- it was a good snack size to share. Interior was nothing too special.

Overall, it was fine but we probably wouldn't eat there again.

I enjoy the small burgers at White Castle and these reminded me of those. Both the classic and the chik were comparable in size and taste.

We have tried to go here night after night around 9-10 and the employees tell us they are closed. Online it says you don't close until 12?? Really frustrated. I wonder if the owners know how much business they are losing due to lazy employees.

The customer service was good. I would definitely visit this location again. No complaints, my order was correct and you don't have to ask for any condiments because they're out on the counter.

Well, my mom and I were so excited to get to the first Krystal from Texas. However, we stood at the register and waited and waited and waited, but weren't acknowledged once! They stared at us, but never offered to take our order! We were the ONLY people in line! We finally gave up and accepted them refusing to serve us. Were we treated this way because of our Caucasian-American ethnicity? They disgust me and I'll never attempt to give my money to this organization ever again!
