AWESOME Crew working this afternoon.

The crew was so lively and communicated with all the customers, giving us that personal experience.

This was THE BEST service and interactive crew I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

The whole experience from coming in the door to ordering was memorable.

awful service. no point on ordering ahead your food won't be ready and no one see. I waited 30 minutes past my pick up time while the line that got there after me got their food first. Staff is oblivious. by far the worst jersey mikes I've been to as this regularly happens.

if you ever come in and Tanner is working, you're going to have a great sandwich! I came in today at around lunchtime the inside was clean and I was impressed with the organization of the ingredients Tanner helped me make a decision on which sandwich to get in as I got to watch him make my sandwich I noticed how clean everything was overall I'd say I had an excellent time and I will definitely be coming back

The sandwiches are consistently fresh and very good. The staff do their best and are cheerful which I appreciate. I'm a senior with some health issues. So I really appreciate that. Smiles are free and mean so much. Thank you for your kindness.

Did online order for pick for the first time at my first time and came in and they told me someone called and canceled my order but the person called and didn't say who. Then when I checked my order status online it was still confirmed. I don't recommend doing pick up here as they don't notify you when ur order is canceled. I like jersey mikes but won't be back at this location. No apology either for the cancelation and the reason why I did online order in advanced was because I was in a time crunch.

Looks like I found my alternative to Subyway, in very rare situation do I crave a sub to eat and I'm always so hesistant to get one because usually Subway is the only option and their quality is very poor and not fresh especially when it comes to the meats. This place I always passed by but never went but figured to keep an open mind and this place was very clean and very friendly staff, they also slice their deli meats when you order so it's fresh ish feeling which is nice. Their lettuce and tomato tasted freshly sliced and not soggy. I also tried their hot sandwich and it was pretty decent, it takes a lot longer so better to order that in advance.

Overall I am happy to have kept an open mind, this will now be my go to place when I crave for a sub.

Food and safety should be a concern here but the state of this restaurant every time I come in is terrible especially during lunch time (12pm). The morning folks are very unpleasant to speak too unless its the guy with the jokes. He is the only reason I still come in. This place needs some work and no one wants to see how dirty floors are when trying to pick up an order. Its disgusting. Go to jersey mikes on Pomerado for quality. 2 STARS and the only stars came from the jokes guy.

Was in town for the weekend and wanted a sandwich.... What do you know there was a WORLD FAMOUS JERSEY MIKE'S!!!!!!! I location parking was that great but once I did find a parking spot I went inside and was warmly greeted I asked for my FAVORITE SANDWICH #9 Mike's Way I RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION also the location was "cute" inside.

Stop by for lunch and ended up at a circus with the 3 stooges . Totally messy workers . Was asked to help do their job by grabbing chips for them . Then mixed the tops of the sandwiches and just traded them out without adding back the condiments. Put sandwiches directly on the counter without any butcher paper . Workers chewing gum looking bored. Also, asked for salt and pepper and while the worker looked for it - it took a while, but every cabinet he opened was a mess .

This place is bussin my grandchildren always love coming here and Ben is my favorite sandwich maker I know. :)
