Jersey Mike's Subs

I have been to this location twice. Both times I have had excellent customer service. The sandwich themselves are a decent size and they are definitely not stingey when creating their sandwiches.
Overall, great location and awesome customer service!

My favorite sandwich:Turkey and Provolone

I hit the Jersey Mike's in the Long Beach Marketplace at least twice a month, I am a sucker for the #13 original Italian. The employees are always friendly and greet you when you walk in the door and usually move you along quickly.

I always get mayo on my bread as well as the "Mike's Way" with the red wine vinegar and olive oil and herbs. For some reason I love that flavor combo.

The sandwich maker is always friendly and asks questions while he's slicing the meats and the last time I was there, he even took extra time to scoop up the lettuce that had fallen off my sandwich and carefully pack it back on.

I wish they were closer to my house so I could walk there.

Rude! Just placed an order and checked into this location (12:57ish pm). I asked for my free cookie which Yelp offers...I was told that there isn't a barcode so it's not for this location. I tried explaining to the kid which wouldn't give me his name (he was preparing sandwiches) but chose to ignore me. The taller employee at the register was trying to explain that he's not familiar with Yelp which is understandable. I asked if the kid that was dismissive was the manager and I was told "no." I left due to the line that had started to form.
I accidentally clicked on used but technically I didn't use my Yelp coupon. I will be reporting this kid to corporate...do not ignore your customers and get some training, kid.

Deserves no stars. Placed a curbside pick up through the app. I received a confirmation through the app
and email. since I have my dogs with me on this warm day. Waited 15 minutes and called the store and was told they no longer offer curbside. I explained that I can't come in and asked how I would get a refund was told I would and then was hung up on. Called back the manager explained that they neglect to turn the "curb side" off and was pretty dismissive of my time wasted or my refund. Avoid them. They suck.

I love this Jersey Mike's. I come at least once a week to get a turkey and provolone. I have a fish allergy so to be safe I don't have them cut my sandwich. Tonight it was busy and the gentleman behind the counter cut my sandwich super fast before I could ask them not too. I mentioned I don't have them cut it because of my allergy. Even though he was positive no one had ordered tuna he still said he would rather be safe and remade my sandwich. It might sound silly but bringing up my food allergies gives me terrible anxiety because so many restaurants get super annoyed by the inconvenience so for them to happily remake my sandwich really meant a lot. So if you have food allergies I highly recommend eating here if able. They will go above and beyond to keep you safe.

I went in to purchase a gift card (4/7/24 around 12:45 p.m.) I walked up to the register to ask if I needed to stand in line (there was about 7 people in line) since I was going to get a gift card only. The gentleman that was there told me I had to stand in line, when I came back around to the register to finally purchase my gift card (8-10 minutes later) the same gentleman looks around to get one and proceeds to tell me "unfortunately we don't have any". Waiting in line is not a big deal I understand there are other people in line waiting to get food, but I was getting a gift card only in my opinion it's a quick transaction, and of course it made me upset he made me wait just to tell me he didn't have any.

Wow i have been to a lot of Jersey Mike's but my sandwich has NEVER BEEN THIS ZESTY!! Whooo this sandwich was so good I ordered the veggie mikes way with extra pepper easy mayo and pepper spread. The sandwich was perfect not too wet and full of flavor shout out to the mid shift!!! You fellas really put this sandwich together!!!

I love jersey Mike sandwiches but the down fall for me at this location is their mobile ordering. They fill all mobile orders before getting to the customers standing in line. I've been patient in the past but this last time was it for me. Long line of people and they stopped taking our order to fill the incoming mobile orders. Parking is already a nightmare at this location and this was the final straw, huge waste of my time.

VISITED: 11/11/22 (Friday)

THE EXPERIENCE: This was my first time at a Jersey Mike's. I was close by and decided to try it out. When I walked in a began looking at the menu. I was allowed ample time decide on the sandwich I wanted. I liked that they had a check-in offer too (a free cookie).

MY ORDER:
- Regular Turkey, on wheat bread, grilled onions, tomatoes, pickles with some vinegar/oil
- Jalapeño chips
- Free cookie (with Yelp check-in)

WOULD I RECOMMEND? WOULD I RETURN?
I would recommend this location to anyone in the area. I like their deli-style meats and how it's sliced right in-front of you.

Oh and heads up about the free cookie (the check-in offer is only for the small cookie - which the offer doesn't specify that but hey...) Try 'em out and try not to go during lunch time if you can... it can get busy... real quick, lol.

Don't bother coming here literally 40 min before if you want to order a hot sandwich. We walked in and didn't feel welcomed and like we were inconvenient being there. I didn't didn't wanna order a cold sandwich the vibe was just off .
