IHOP

I'm giving a 5 star due to Ryan the server.

When I tell you this man loves his job. He is attentive, kind and welcoming. I have NEVER entered an ihop and received this kind of service. This man is a jewel and this location is extremely lucky to have him. He should be considered for a promotion and train other ihop employees how to treat guest. Seriously.

This app is full of negative reviews and I wanted to take a moment to give him the recognition he deserves.

This is a solid breakfast spot for when you're craving some pancakes. The service is good and there's plenty of seating and parking nearby.

My son loves places like this and they have a lot of the dishes he loves here. He loves a place where he can get appetizers and pancakes at the same time haha.

It's obviously not gourmet food, but it's good for what it's trying to be. They usually have some kind of deal going on with featured dishes.

Worst ihop I been to my hash browns were burnt. We ordered three orange juices and for some weird reason one was watered down and my husband's food was not brought out with the rest of our orders...very poor customer service!!

The worst service I've ever seen. What's the point of an online order with pick up time if you guys can't do it. Waited 20 min past my pick up time which screwed me over. Took 50 min total for 2 breakfast sandwiches, 1 hash brown and 2 pancakes lol. Place is a joke and they should rehire all staff. Should of stayed home and made the food on my own. Woulda been quicker and cheaper.

I'll start off by saying that I Hop isn't on my top 10 list of favorite restaurants, let alone one I'd choose for a Sunday dinner. But my friend chose I hop because he and another friend go ther on special occasions. His friend wasn't available, so I went to I Hop and I'm glad I did. Ryan was our server. He was friendly, outgoing and humorous. He wore me out just watching him race around the restaurant. I ordered the BLT with extra mayo and French fries. My friend got the Philly cheese steak and onion rings. To get a better BLT would have required me to go to Mundy's Diner in Springfield OH. What makes Mundy's better is the tomatoes are sliced thicker, and I could choose my bread. I will say that I was very happy with I Hop's BLT. Quite possibly the best BLT in San Diego County. It was loaded with B, had plenty of L and a reasonable amount of T. While I would have preferred thicker slices of T I won't ding them for my personal preference. My fries were OK at best. I did like the fact that they had the skin on them, and lightly salted. They weren't hot making them a little less enjoyable
I tried a couple of my friends onion rings. They were great. They were big , thick had a good coat of breading, quite delicious and much warmer than my fries. My friend said his sandwich was a bit bland. He added some A1 and was a happy camper. Because of how prices are getting so CRAZY, in today's economy, I'd have to say they had reasonable prices. The food was good and service was good so I would recommend them if you find yourself hungry in the neighborhood. I'll definitely be back to sample other menu items and try The BLT again...Ok I Hop, if you're reading this: what seperated you from 5 stars was 1)French Fries weren't hot, 2) no choice Bread on BLT 3) For that money a drink would be nic. . 4) the Senior Liver wasn't on menu- being it back. 5) Grits would be a great side option with BLT. Overall you did a great job 4 of 5 stars ain't too shabby.

I went there on my way to work to get the pancakes tacos to go. When I got to work and opened my order, none of the sauces were included. I called them immediately, and no manager was available, and the server who answered was extremely rude. No apology was offered. No solution was offered until I got angry. If you mess up my to to order I should not have to get angry to get a solution.

Ordered the quick 2 egg breakfast and asked to replace the sausage with impossible meat as I've been vegetarian for years. The waiter was well aware and let me know that would be an extra charge which I said was fine no issue. They brought it out and I asked to confirm that that's the impossible, as it didn't look how impossible meat typically looks. The waiter looked me in the face and said "yes this is the impossible." I ate half of it and started getting suspicious because again it didn't taste like impossible meat. I had people at my table try it and they agreed. Then afterwards I check the receipt and it says Quick 2 egg breakfast with smoked sausage. Feeling pretty disgusted that they would lie to my face telling me that it was impossible meat when it clearly was real meat. I hadn't eaten red meat in at least 4 years prior to this. IHOP is gross for this, if you have dietary restrictions of any kind I would avoid as they don't listen or respect that.

Wonderful servers!!! Very friendly and helpful ! Every time I go to IHOP always leave happier than I was when I first arrived bc they way you are treated . It's very rare these days to find genuine friendly help!

I just ordered on Uber Eats from IHOP & I am so disappointed. Their crepes used to be so good. These were dried out and burnt. I will say my eggs were perfect. I couldn't even cut the crepes with my fork.

I went here this morning for take out. I've always avoided this IHOP location due to the amount of homeless individuals that I've always seen. I didn't want my pancakes served with a side of guilt. However, I'm glad my hunger got the best of me this morning. I ordered through the app. When I arrived, it seemed they cleared out the area and my food was hot! I was able to drive it all the way back home and enjoy my hotcakes as I worked. The inside also looked clean and as of it was updated like other locations I have visited.
