So if you're like me you see an commercial wth delicious looking food I eventually go there.
Hardee's shows a very appetizing biscuit with bacon, egg and cheese on. When I stopped at the one on Jefferson Avenue. I actually got 2 because they had a special, the egg was just thrown on the biscuit instead of cheese it was this liquid mess like cheese whiz, lastly the bacon was these peices of white FAT, you cou barely see anything that resembles bacon.

Horrible . Absolutely dreadful . We go to the drive through, order a Chicken sandwich no tomato combo. Three regular sliders and a large drink. We pay , receive our drinks than our food . Keep in mind this whole time we are the only customers they have. No fries in the bag and I was given three Double Sliders with cheese . They do Not come with cheese . The whole time we were waiting at the window, two women inside were cutting up , joking around , playing and gossiping about something and just not doing their job . I was very upset and demanded a refund . She tried to talk me out of it and offered to fix the food again . That was not an option for me . She should have been paying attention the first time and this wouldn't have happened. I was also over charged because it was the wrong burgers. I wish I could select NO STARS..... this location employs incompetent people.

Service was good, but the manager needs to be more sanitary and not eat her breakfast over the hash brown station. Her hands were unsanitary while she opens strawberry jelly packets with her teeth while her fingers were in her mouth. Then she continued to take orders. She's also irritated she's working on her only day off. The strawberry milk shake the wonderful young lady madE for me was awesome! Sincerely, the guy with the beard that ordered the frisco and milkshake this morning.

I like their fried chicken. MmMmm. Had it fresh and hot out of the fryer. First time I had it I was hooked.

Very slow service. Had to tell the clerk three times we wanted hi c instead of juice and when we got to the window they had orange juice sitting there. Had to ask again if we could have hi c. Then I had to sit in my car and wait for about 10 minutes for our food to come because we were waiting on fries.

I rarely eat fast food nowadays so coming here for breakfast was different but getting to their drive-thru at 1022am and not getting my food until 1106 is absolutely unacceptable! I sat in line before placing my order about 20 min. Then I was told to pull up because the chicken was cooking. After I get home my sweet tea had little ice and was still warm. I hope changes are made to improve this place. I believe this is all due to mismanagement as well as employees care factor!

This is the slowest service I've ever seen! I've been in the drive through for 40min. The only reason I haven't left is bc they took my money and won't come back to the window.

Our story starts at a prior complaint with this particular Hardees. We filed a complaint with the customer service that was listed and got a very positive and helpful reply from a person from the regional level of the franchise,Mr. Mark Bartleson. We were told we could get anything we wanted from the menu and in fact get breakfast,lunch and dinner if we wished. When we arrived to get our complimentary meal due to the prior bad service we received. We not only had to explain the situation, give the manager the regional person's name and were treated as if we were telling a story until she apparently made her call. When she came back and gave us the go ahead to order she still had an attitude about her. The only two persons in the front who did not seem to have a bad attitude were the two crew trainer personnel who gave us our shakes in a fast, timely manner. The manager had her hair pulled up without a hairnet, She also was wearing all black to include a Hardees apron without her name tag readily available. When we were made to stand and wait for our order, the manager filled the majority of the order, she did not give us our drink cups immediately, and they were purposely the wrong size. In fact I had to asked her twice for my drink cup and she had the air that she did not want to give it to me. She didn't even put the order onto a tray but placed the orders onto the counter next to the cash registers and expected us to carry steaming hot cardboard holders to our table.The manager had an attitude the whole time and was not even properly attired for her position. I said the first time that it was just fluke but now that I gave them a second chance I can see the problem is with the management of this Hardees. Please if you have a issue complain and talk to Regional, Mr. Mark Bartleson he wants to know.
