Gypsy Rose Bistro

Went here for an afterwork mixer and it was good. Nice, small, and comfortable. Drinks were good and the appetizers were also good as well. You also cant go wrong with the signature cocktails that they offer. Overall it was a good time and I am looking forward to coming back here.

Restaurant was inside a hotel but what an amazing experience! Our server, Ali, was knowledgeable and so friendly. When asked what dishes he recommended, I followed his advice and was so happy. We had the fried Brussel sprouts appetizer followed by Branzino for my dinner guret and lamb chops for me. The branzino was flaky and light and delicious w butter sauce and vegetables. The lamb chops were perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth perfection.
We finished with the sweet crepe with Nutella and strawberries. The crepe was paper thin (as it should be) and delicious with the ripe strawberries and Nutella.
The best part was how Ali made our evening perfect by being friendly, respectful and entertaining.
Amazing experience and highly recommend!

Went there for a business event so I wasn't expecting a restaurant or even great food - but Wow! The food at the restaurant was delicious & well prepared. I had the roasted chicken & the Kale salad. Hope to be back in a more social setting to get a taste of some of the other treats on the menu - like the Roasted Salmon Steak. Nice soft music played during lunch & before the event. Nice dining & comfortable space.

No stars for this place the worse experience ever i was sitting in the outside patio having a quick snack with two friends black man who said was the owner was so disrespectful and felt discriminated and harassed ,telling us not to leave garbage and making it seem like we were being dirty when we are just customers at Holliday inn you would think this business would put signs and and say not to use patio if that's their concern plus he has a drunk lady who he was walking with and telling her how people where so dirty and saying out loud so we would hear them ... I'm so glad i never ate there .... Sucks to feel harassed ... in my week in New York for my first time it was definitely my only bad and worse experience ever !!!!

We ate here after a show, and I could not have enjoyed it more. We started with the coconut shrimp and wings. My husband had steak, I had lamb and my daughter had the jerk burger. We also ordered extra sides of mac and jollof.

We usually share heavily when we eat out, but I know this place was extra tasty because we were all so worried about our own dishes, we barely sampled one another's! Everything was perfectly prepared, the service was accommodating and even the music was awesome. I especially enjoyed the appetizers, but I have to note my husband said the mac was some of these best he has ever had at a restaurant.

Last but not least, I was gifted a crepe and champagne for Mother's Day, which is the sort of lagniappe that takes already wonderful service over the top. We are looking forward to visiting again.
