108452724Mar 31, 2024Apple cinnamon muffin is so nutmeg strong I couldn't eat it. Second time I've visited a Gregory's and both time it disappointed. Bummer. I enjoy a good vegan pastry.

I decided to give Starbucks another chance and ended up waiting an extra 20 mins for a coffee I pre-ordered 15 mins prior. Gregory's to the rescue again! They've made a loyal customer out of me!!

8213113Sep 16, 2023It's ok. It really depends on what you get. Decor is nice. The coffee is very good. I enjoyed a cortado from this place and it was quite delicious. The coconut almond bite was ok but had a weird aftertaste. The service was good, not great. I waited for some time for the breakfast sandwich. I guess that would explain why the brioche bun look hella burnt on my sandwich. I ordered The New Yorker, which is supposed to be a take on the classic Bacon Egg and Cheese. Did not taste good. Bland and burnt at the same time. I've lived in NYC my whole life. If you're gonna make a Bacon Egg and Cheese, you need to come correct with it. That sandwich was a bougie soulless mess. I'll take a Bacon Egg and Cheese from the bodega any day of the week.

Honestly, I feel like the only New Yorker who hasn't tried Gregory's yet - until now! They have quite a solid drink selection but somehow I gravitated towards the Nu Brew. It was exactly what I expected - creamy, sweet, and caffeinated. The menu says it has milk in it; when I asked to change the milk, they said this drink comes pre-made already, and it's made with half & half. Keep this in mind if you have restrictions/preferences with the dairy options. It was a solid drink but I would probably try other menu items next time.

Great vegan breakfast options. I recommend the vegan deluxe or the vegan BEC. Try the vegan fall oat boy for coffee. I really enjoyed my caramel macchiato. The lemon poppy loaf was not sweet as advertised (the frosting was okay),I wouldn't recommend getting it. . The only downside is they don't have a bathroom or hand sanitizer available. The service was good.

Thank you, Gregorys Coffee for offering Vegan options on your menu!
The only thing I can usually eat at some competitor coffee shops is the Oatmeal or a plain bagel without any spread.

Came here because of the great review but did not live up to the mark. The coffee is good but it's only 3/4th cup when you pay for a whole cup
Bathrooms are not functional.

Coffee & Food are Wonderful !
TOO BAD THESE TWO EMPLOYEES RUINED OUR EXPERIENCE. Rude , Disrespectful, Hand Gesturing, Touch their Faces and Ears and Zero Eye Contact.
Had we not desired the Macha Green Tea drinks ordering, we would had surely walked away .
****AND the store was very Dirty and No Napkins and Not One Table Clean to sit at.
