Greenwood Quality Bakery

Greenwood Quality Bakery? More like Incompetent Poor Quality Bakery! I ordered three large regular cannolis and two large chocolate cannolis, as well as half a pound of rainbow cookies. I am so upset with what I received. I've never received a cannoli where it was deconstructed.

The cream was oozing out of the cannoli shells like melted ice cream. The rainbow cookies weren't thoroughly baked. All of this was a surprise for my husband for Father's Day and I have to say seeing the order that I receive it brought me to tears.

I'm a perfectionist and even though I didn't bake these items I'm very frustrated with the fact that this is what I had to present my husband with.

I was flabbergasted when I received the order. This bakery needs to be ashamed of themselves for throwing ice cream in a takeaway tray with cannoli shells. I didn't ask for a DIY project!!

Brought a cake for my son birthday and it was horrible. $110 for it to have no flavor, weird taste and my child was disappointed he didn't want to eat it.

If you gonna charge $7 for a slice of cake, it should at least taste good. I think a boxed cake from the grocery store is better than this.

If I could give it less than ZERO I would-called before to ensure the bakery items were fresh and told 100% they were. Received stale items and to boot not even what I ordered They must have had just half piece of Cherry Strudel rather than a whole as I ordered and attached a Pineapple piece to complete the full order without even asking whether pineapple was ok. Cannolis weren't even secured with parchment paper and rolling around in container and Rainbow cookies decent but far from fresh. One and Done!!!

I stopped in there this past Tuesday morning after dropping my daughter off at JFK. Oxford would have been my destination had it not closed. I bought the only 6 black & white cookies on display, along with 2 M&M cookies. Took a bite of one of the cookies on my way back to CT...stale. When I got home tried B/W cookie...they must have been on display for a month!! Unbelievably hard and stale is an understatement. What a disappointment. Guess I'll be sticking with the Costco version.

Cupcakes are their new addition and everyone is loving it, their stuff is always fresh and the workers are always kind and helpful.

Extremely disappointed by the manager . She called me a liar about my cake had the nerve to call me that I had the balls . I can't believe this behavior .

I bought a slice of cheesecake & it tasted weird. Not fresh at all. Most likely old and chewy, the texture was off. On top of that, the service was very unhelpful. Despite having about 4-6 people behind the counter, no one looks like they want to help (and it wasnt even busy) so I didn't feel welcomed or serviced at all- just felt like I was being a bother. Other than that, it's a big bakery so they have a diverse range of cakes that looked nice.

My very first order. It was such. Beautiful piece. Exactly like the photo I shared.. except the color beige wasn't on it but purple. However, I loved it. The cake was super moist with chocolate filling. Everyone loved it. For being queens, definitely amazing service and presentation.

No complaints about this place at all. Great cupcakes, great cakes and great cheesecake. I can always count on them for any celebrations or if I need some pastries for a get together. Highly recommended
