My wife loved the Gluten free pizza. She ordered the gf pizza with the artichoke and Spinach. She said it was the best gf pizza she had ever had.
I ordered the tradition pepperoni pizza NY syle. It was very good!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Zephyr G.Boston, MA36073Apr 20, 2024
TLDR: bad service, messed up orders, gross apps and possible gluten contamination
Came here for a friend's birthday dinner tonight. We had been a few times before and always had okay experiences but after tonight I don't think we will be returning.
Waited ~20 minutes for a table, it's a Saturday at 5:30pm, fine. The table sat 6 but had cutlery for 3, and it took 20 minutes for them to bring us 6 drinks (2 beers and some sodas, nothing difficult). We ordered the Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and gf garlic bread (which was just gf pizza dough). All of them (especially the sprouts) were almost inedible. Like all gross. It then took at least 5 minutes after we had received them for the server to come back to take our order for pizza.
They seemed confused about basic parts of our order, coming back to double check that the celiac in our group wanted gf pizza crust, for example. The pizzas took so long to come out, and didn't come out all at once but instead in twos with around 10 minutes in between each. They gave me a gf crust even though I had ordered regular and it was burnt to a crisp around the edges. It then again took another while for them to bring us the check.
Also can't be sure but my celiac friend felt very sick soon after eating and we suspect cross contamination. I think in the past when we have gone they have been less busy and have been more careful.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Thank you for your candid review, Zephyr. I'm sorry our experience here fell short. I remember your group -- I was in the kitchen at the time when you ordered. It got quite busy incredibly quickly with takeout and dine in orders. We always prioritize dine in guests over takeout customers, but I recognize we had a less than stellar performance yesterday. You are right, your server was a bit of a fish out of water. Someone called out that day, and your server, who hasn't worked here since October, was nice enough to step up and take the shift. Thank you for your feedback on the appetizers. We'll be making some changes coming in June, and this is something we're addressing. I hope your friend is feeling ok. I can almost guarantee there was not cross contamination. While our house dough is made with flour, we use rice flour on our tables to stretch dough, and we cook all gluten-free items on their own pans so the food never touches the pizza stones. I found your order in our system and refunded the amount for the appetizers. I hope that helps take the sting out a bit.
I appreciate your feedback as it helps us focus on what we need to do to improve. I hope you'll give us another try when you're in the area.
My sincere apologies,
Laura Potter

Enjoyed eating lunch here with friends while visiting.
I noticed immediately that the space is smaller, which makes it a pretty tight walk around.
Even with a lot of customers the noise level was not to loud.
I was disappointed when there was a set of 8 of us and they said we needed to sit at different booths.
Eventually we asked if we could move to the side with a booth/table combo so we could all sit together. The waiter was not so happy.
The food then was divided by the two tables (not pushed together) and then brought out at very different times.
When half of the table had their pizza the other half didn't. Once they had finished then we received ours.
The menu was pretty confusing due to the lack of explanation of what they all offer. It does give the description but it doesn't adequately show what they serve as specials or explain it. Turns out after we ordered we found their "march madness" wall that had all the pizzas we could order but would have had no idea what was on each one.
The pizza it self was very good. It was not over done and a well rounded pizza. I think it's something I'd eat once but not say it's a "must have" again since IM NOT a huge pizza person.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Top 12 ..Atlanta, GA035May 19, 2024
Last few visits we've been presented with this mess - and we always order it extra crispy...please do better. Majority of staff is awesome!
The flop is legendary - that's not a good thing.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - W. A.Fairfax, VA03617Apr 27, 2024
A very fun and delicious dining experience. The service was very friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. We went with classic pepperoni and cheese pizzas, both of which were excellent. The single slices were quite large and perfect for kids.
The restaurant is conveniently located on Essex Street in the heart of Salem among all the Witchy shops. We'll be back during our next visit to Witch City! Thanks.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Oct 29, 2023
A great place to hang for a very casual group meal; not somewhere to go if you're anticipant any sort of time commitment. The wait was very long given the short queue. The service also took long, despite only asking for individual slices. The staff were friendly and kind, though some more speed would have been greatly appreciated as it turned out being a nearly 2 hour excursion for single slices.
The nerd decor and themed drinks were silly and fun and the vegan and vegetarian options were out of this world.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Oct 8, 2023
Absolute best restaurant we tried in Salem! They have their own vegan menu with so many options. Even though there was a long line outside to enter, we were seated quickly, and the food also came out fast. Everyone that works there is so sweet and accommodating. The inside of the restaurant has a really neat space vibe.
We ordered (all vegan):
Mac & cheese: one of the best vegan mac & cheese's I 've tried. This is definitely a must try.
Space Balls aka garlic knots: these were so good covered in cheese, and the dough was the perfect texture
Pickle rick pizza: I've never had pickles on my pizza, but this was a great idea. It also soyrizo and barbecue sauce tasted great dipped in their vegan ranch.
Buffalo chicken pizza with macaroni: our favorite out of everything. A little spicy, but a great combination with the buffalo sauce.
Many of the times you order a vegan pizza the cheese just gets stuck to your mouth and is really really sticky but this is not the case for their cheese. It is so good and I wish they had it in other restaurants where we live.
Love, love, love this place and highly recommend it.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 7163187Sep 23, 2023
I will recommend this establishment to anyone I know going to Salem. It was that damn good!
We had a bit of a wait for a table but it was all good because there was a Drag Show going on outside (so entertainment). Once we got in the real fun started.
The amount of combinations you can do for your pizza is crazy lol.
Our waiter Will is phenomenal and informative.
I did a custom small pizza with red sauce, cheese blend, Meatballs, prosciutto, pineapples and BBQ swirl...and when I tell this was the best pizza!!! The crust was thin (still ate it like a NY slice lol) and crispy, the bbq swirl just added something special to the pie. It was cheesy meaty deliciousness!
Theu have indoor, outdoor and rooftop seating. I loved the variety because based on the weather rooftop pizza is bomb!
I'll definitely be coming back here on my trip to Salem.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dec 16, 2023
Great little place to grab pizza in Salem. They have a variety of regular pizza and vegan pizza options & a variety of drinks. It's right in the heart of Salem so it's a great place to stop by and grab some very very good food. They don't just have pizza either, but it is definitely the star of the show. The service was quick and the people were nice. There is usually a wait here, especially if you come in October during high season and no reservations can be made so just be prepared to potentially wait on a line outside.

What a great spot for dining! The restaurant was small, so I was worried we'd be able to get a table, but we were seated right away. They were out of a couple of topping items, so we got creative and made our own pizza.
The crust was very good- nice doughy texture. If I was eating a red sauce pizza, I'd probably need a lot of sauce.
The garlic knots were out of this world! (get it?) So tasty and I loved the red sauce that came with.
The decor was very cool and very thoughtful. Staff was great.
Price was a little high for pizza, but comparable to this tourist area.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
