Dunkin'

The lack of English speaking employees is frustrating. And when they get something completely wrong, the ownership and management are hugely unhelpful. Even after I showed the cashier an email saying this location owed me a free coffee, I was denied until I was walking out the door. Of course there was a huge line at that point and I wasn't going to hold it up even more so than the back up they caused because no one could understand the language. Please don't go here. There is a Dunkin every 10 feet. Just avoid this one - their ownership is unresponsive and unhelpful!

I went to this dunkin' location today and had the rudest worker. She had an attitude with me before i had even said anything to her. I would give negative stars if i could.

This is my local dunkin and they are the WORST I have ordered a egg sandwich 4 times and they literally give me something I didn't order every time. Today I ordered English muffins with egg and cheese I got croissants. Last time bagel/egg and got croissants cheese egg and sausage omg

I have been here a few times now that I am in the fencing business, and our material supplier of choice is Spaulding's which is across the street.
The staff is very nice and helpful, though they don't speak to much english. They are quick and.usually get everything right. Have not had any issues here so far. Great coffee in the morning to keep me going all day.

The manager (or someone who appeared to be the manager) went behind the counter with her kid and started to make food for herself. Her kid was coughing on the counter where the food was being prepared. Completely unacceptable.

I complained to their corporate office. They apologized and told me that they would send me a gift card. Well, they said that in December 2010. I still haven't received it yet.

Slow, rude, and extremely simple coffee orders are incorrect and I'm given a completely different drink.

Eh the morning crew sucks. There is a woman who is extremely nice in the afternoon, and I will go out of my way to stop at this location because of her. But in the morning, I actually go out of my way to avoid this place, as they hardly speak English and get my order wrong.

Good drive through service, no complaints. It was a Sunday morning.

The worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. The service is ridiculously slow. If I intend to stop here on the way to work in the morning, I have to leave 20 mins early so that I can still get to work on time.

I give this Dunkin' Donuts location two stars, only because I feel really bad giving it one star it deserves. This place seldom get your coffee right, The hot coffee always taste burnt, and if you order food it's almost always undercooked or over cooked. The staff, although some are friendly, most don't speak English, which most likely explains why the orders are never correct. It is worth the drive to keep going past it for another location.
