This is a really central location to spot by for your caffeine fix - it does not have a drive thru but the staff is pretty on top of things
This also is a "on tap" location - so coffee is brewed in huge batches to help speed things along during rush times. App gives plenty of bonus points so you can usually get something for free or super cheap. My white chocolate mocha latte was $2 today lol. The vibe in-store is fast paced. Not too much seating but you can definitely take a seat to study or read

I'm more of a Starbucks girlie than Dunkin. But they were doing a deal where if you ordered a medium drink you'd get a free donut, so you know I had to come in! I ended up ordering a matcha latte and got a free donut with sprinkles and frosting. The matcha latte's at Dunkin I feel are usually more milky than the ones at Starbucks. Also, since I arrived near closing time, the worker gave me a bag full of leftover donuts from the day! I was so grateful. I got more than one free donut ;)

This is my closest Dunkin to my job. So I stopped this morning to get me egg and cheese wraps and some iced coffee. When I got to work and settled in, I wanted to eat my breakfast. To my surprise, when I opened wraps they looked horrible. I would not have served that you anyone. The picture will show just how horrible they looked. I couldn't believe that you would want to serve someone this kind of food. It was poorly prepared to say the least. I'm at work so I can't leave until later. Just not a good start to my Friday. The only thing was pleasant was the young man that was working at the counter. His name is Arthur. He is ALWAYS SO NICE! The lady that was doing the food needs to make drinks instead of making food. Obviously she is not good at it. Moral of this story, if you want to get food from this location, check your food before you leave the establishment.

THEY HAVE ONE PERSON WORKING, ONE. Do not go here. If you don't have enough people to work, don't even bothering opening and wasting everyone's time. Feel bad for the ONE employee here.

I don't think they understand the difference between the salted caramel foam cold brew versus the salted caramel iced latte.

I will continue to never detour from Starbucks. I only did it this time bc I got my son a donut but next time I will save myself from the cup of creamer (oops I mean "coffee").

terrible experience at the Dunkin in Toco Hills. young lady named Cory or Corinne (something like that) sitting on dirty floor looking at her phone was told to make my drink. without washing her hands (!) she headed for the expresso machine but I did not want that, just simple coffee w almond milk. when I tried to explain she began cursing at me. I was so shocked! nice gentleman waiting on me apologized and finally made my drink while she continued pitching a fit in the background saying things like I had "picked on the wrong (racist word)." male clerk came out to my car to apologize. I videotaped some of her profane rant but don't know how to get it to management. I've been sick w pneumonia for 3 weeks and this was my first outing. big mistake.

Slow service, confused staff and espresso drinks that taste mediocre at best.

This location is opposite a Starbucks on North Druid Hills road, and has a few parking spots (no drive through). Personally, I prefer DD coffee over Starbucks, however this location makes even good coffee taste bad.

On the past few occasions I have been here, I have spent over 10 mins explaining my order (hot or cold, small or medium, bagel with cream cheese or not, and what cream cheese). Didn't know ordering coffee/food was this complicated but this location makes it happen.

My hot coffee has been overloaded with cream or lack there of, cappuccino and latte taste the same with the same amount of milk?, received hash browns half heated, and order of bagels partially spread with cream cheese and the remaining without. Staff is always confused and sparsely visible.

I will probably still visit this location as it is closest to me, but will avoid any speciality drinks, quality check my food orders before I leave and order black coffee that I can mix with cream myself. Keep expectations low and you will be pleased.

Worst iced coffee I've ever had ever. It's the color of sweet tea. I don't know what the deal is with diluting the coffee. Tap water tastes more like coffee Than this. Third time it's happened... just go to another Dunkin'. This one is trash. Also their donuts are dry as chalk. DOnut go here!!!!

The ladies behind the counter were more interested in their phones than helping me a customer. The Indian lady behind the counter was extremely rude, and didn't even give me my receipt. I had to ask someone else for it.

The rude lady behind the counter did not say anything to me except..." that's it?" When I finished my order.

I will say the place did look clean, I went in there to order a bagel....I will go across the street next time to get one at Einstein Bagel. They don't treat you like crap there.

This is the slowest Dunkin in the area. They move extremely slow, and seem to always be understaffed in the morning at the counter. It would also be helpful to provide a list of things that you're out of so that people aren't waiting in the line for something that they won't get. The associates are nice and helpful though.
