Dunkin'

Love DD - this appears to be a 'newer' location (I'm not from here so I'm not sure how long but it appears to be newer from the decor).

Staff is friendly and the coffee blend is authentic Dunkin - smooth Everyman flavor for a relatively good value.

Clean, bright, friendly service, good coffee - four stars from this yelper. No five stars as I'm not a regular here and can't speak to the consistency here (I give five stars for either outstanding individual service/product or consistently above/beyond service/product).

SKIP THIS DUNKIN AND GO TO THE NEXT! would give 0 stars if possible!! went in on a Monday morning even though everyday is slow because there is always the same one stink lady who only respects her kind! i asked for a bacon- "ovens are broken! no food!" her coworker turned around and looked at the oven with confusion. i asked for the managers contact information nicely, and was met with crickets. I asked, how would you contact your boss? "ask her (referring to the pink headed angry woman)" so I asked "what's your name" "DONT WORRY! UGH" I proceeded to take a photo to identify these individuals.

I wanted for everyone to know my experience for the first time to this Dunkin' ! Location! I do my normal morning walk with my service animal! I go to many local business! I just so happened that I pre-ordered my coffee this morning! As, soon as I walked inside this Dunkin' an employee behind the counter yells at me before any type of greeting! Yells at me that I must leave and your dog also! Immediately I'm startled by this and everyone inside was looking back at me and my service animal. I told the employee that's uncalled for! My service dog is well-trained and mannered. I told the employee I'm not leaving till I get my coffee I already paid for and I will not be doing any business at this location anymore! My first and last time!

Staff doesn't care about "customer service"; they treat customers like garbage for asking questions about excessive charges when ordering "in-app offers"! If paying cash, I am sure it's fine, but I don't recommend using the DD app, because you won't receive the "free offers"; your card WILL BE CHARGED! And don't dare question them about it, or the manager will chew you out.

I know... five stars for a Dunkin?? But the women who work here are so nice, and so quick. It's a truly pleasant experience. I've only been a few times but they know the orders of regulars in line and have it ready for them, like a neighborhood coffee shop. And they're nice about putting drinks in my reusable mug.

Great for the Everyman of coffee. Stop by and place an order without having to know a new language or wear a mock turtle neck or own a apple product. Also, the breakfast menu has grown and is a solid contribution to my breakfast experience.

Unless you want stale coffee and to be treated poorly, I highly suggest going anywhere but here. I am a routine person. I have been going to this location for exactly 1 year straight. Monday - Friday ordering on average the exact same thing, with the occasional switch between hot or iced. I have only been going to this location because it has been extremely convenient, and even tho my coffee would be made wrong more times than right, the staff was friendly and quick. 2 outta 3 isn't to bad for the price you pay for a cheap cup of coffee. Well I will be spending more money at Starbucks or any of the other small coffee chains around because there staff no longer wants to make coffee right at all, and no longer wants to be polite ether. Its been a month straight of bad service, messed up drinks, and rude attitudes. Today It was extremely noticeable that my coffee was made wrong, It was piratically black. I ask them if it was made correctly and they tell me yes, but again I am here at least 5 days a week sometimes even on weekends! I KNOW what my coffee looks like. We continue and the gal now says that she doesn't think she made it right. So no big deal, just re make it right? I repeated it to them 10 times before the coffee was finally made correctly. "1 medium dark roast, 4 pumps of caramel swirl, 2 cream and please add a turbo shot. " and it's also written on the receipt what I ordered. The gentlemen goes to the receipt and continues to argue with me stating that was not what I ordered. So now I proceed to show him my cell phone with my copy of the receipt showing him my exact order and every order for as far back as I could possibly go, just to indicate that I order the SAME DRINK EVERYDAY. So between today's horrible attitude, yesterday the manager forgetting about making my drinks, then putting my drinks in a tray that breaks on me, to every other day that my coffee can't be made correctly, or someone who wants to give me a bad attitude because they don't like there job, I will not be going back anytime soon. I will probably be avoiding most Dunkin Donuts for a good amount of time. I was really hopping that with the downgrade of there menu, there consistency of actual coffee making would improve, but I guess that was wishful thinking.
