Ordered from the Donatos near Easton and waited 40 minutes, when they said it would take 25 minutes for it to be delivered, and eventually we called then to see if they were close. We constantly got hung up on, eventually on the fifth try they answered and explained they never made our pizzas. We never got our food, luckily we hadn't paid yet. I will never order from this place again. Extremely disappointed.

It's a good pizza but I prefer traditional cuts and not little rectangles when eating pizza... I know I know quit complaining!! what can I say I like to fold the slice and eat, I am a traditionalist! All kidding aside it wasn't bad at all and I would order it again when in Columbus.

Pizza was fine, and cheese sticks were burnt. They took a long time to make my order, probably wont come again.

This is by far the worst Donatos location in Columbus, perhaps even in the entire United States of America...Normally, Donatos is excellent, but this location is most definitely the exception. First off, they NEVER answer the phone. If you don't believe me, go ahead and try. You can call and call and it's all for nothing. These people have found a way to actively and completely tune out the sound of a phone ringing, I'm convinced they have ignored it for so long they don't even hear it anymore. This leaves you two options if you want to order from this location, place your order with the call center in India, or online. Last week I decided to try option number two and placed an online order for delivery. I placed my order about an hour and some change before closing time. My order never came..... I began to call the store about 5 minutes before closing and no joke I sat on the phone while it rang for nearly 15 minutes until by some miracle someone actually answered it. The man that answered had a major attitude and was quick to tell me they were closed for the night. I told him that I had been waiting over an hour for food that never came and he notified me that there had been a delivery mistake and my food was still sitting in the restaurant. All drivers had left for the night and there was no way to get my food to me. That's fine, accidents happen, no big deal. He tells me I'll get a refund and he would leave a note for the manager notifying them what happened and told me my phone number would be credited for a free pizza next time. So fast forward to today, I still have not gotten my refund and I decided to cash in my free pizza. That would be a lot easier if they answered the phone..... the call center told me that I would have to speak directly with the store to redeem said free pizza. Lo and behold, neither myself nor the call center are able to get through to the store.... So, left with no other option I have driven to the store. Upon arrival, despite the hours being clearly posted on the door the restaurant is completely locked. Lights are on but you cannot enter the building. That leaves the drive through as my only option. I sit behind another car in the drive through for almost ten minutes (I'm going to guess they are in similar shoes) and finally it's my turn to pull up to the window. A female associate comes to the window and behind her is a very disheveled looking woman who is literally freaking out and yelling and cursing about the customer who had just left. She was upset that he asked where his sub was..... The woman that was helping me heard my situation out and told me there was never any note made. She took my info and said she would pass it to the manager so I could have my refund processed. She also allowed me to redeem my free cheese pizza. I am parked waiting for the food and I have a terrible feeling this might be my worst Donatos dinner experience yet. That being said, the woman that helped me was helpful and friendly enough. Wish me luck yelp, I'm not sure I should even eat this food. If you have the choice, DO NOT order from this location. Your food will probably never come and then you'll have to jump through hoops to get your money back. Donatos, get a grip on your store, it's wrecking your good name. Also, someone give me a shoutout and get me a refund before I have to call my bank. Super inconvenient.

I know that I've reviewed this before. We've lived in the area for years, been here dozens of times. We've given up on the Cassady location since delivery takes forever, and even pickup service misses their time estimate regularly.
This location is right in the thick of things at Easton, so it will be busy sometimes. We've only eaten in once or twice, and service and food has been good. Usually we pick up, and it's always ready, and the staff are friendly. This time we got a pepperoni pizza, side salad, and meatball app. The pizza was standard Donato's: thin crust with good structure and flavor, good sauce and cheese, plenty of slightly spicy pepperoni. The Caprese salad was pretty good- fresh, with fresh mozz and decent tomatoes. The meatballs were very good. I'd had them on subs before but never in this "shareable." 6 or 8 in a foil tub, with tomato sauce and lots of mozzarella baked on top. I've been thinking about them all day.
Careful in the lot, getting into the drive-through lane. People are crazy.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Lisa J.Dublin, OH552925Jun 4, 2019
Not horrible, but definitely not good. The service is slow. The guy behind the line was texting on his phone (and cutting the pizzas). The cashier directed me to the condiment stand, but I didn't know when or how I would get my pizza.
When it finally came out 10-12 minutes later it was dry & flavorless from being cooked too long, or perhaps their oven needs the temp adjusted?
Salad was fine, drink was fine. Store was clean.
I usually love Donatos Pizza, but this left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Makes me wish I'd gone elsewhere for my lunch.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Joe R.Grayslake, IL12510Oct 10, 2020
We ordered a pizza at 8:49. We ordered a basic cheese and pepperoni. Have our phone number said we were not in our room and confirmed this. Delivery was 1 hour estimate. I called back when we had not heard from them after an hour and 10 minutes. The manager apologized and did nothing to correct the fact his employee messed up. We gave them our number and they called the Hilton instead. We ordered from our cell.
Good news is the pizza was made and rushed. It's 5 minutes or less from the hotel and the pizza was cold. We ate about 10:30.
We received a verbal apology received the pizza in 20 minutes after the call but the pizza was not as good as other locations. No discount or anything else was offered. We are a gluten free house so we had limited options given the time.
The pizza was probably a 3 star but due to service I gave it 2 stars.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Savannah Victoria H.Jackson, MI0139Feb 9, 2022
My friend & I got delivery & I tried a couple of the cauliflower crust plant based pizzas, & both were phenomenal. I would absolutely order again.
