Dig

I was too excited to finally try Dig and since I was in the area, I ordered for pickup at this location.

My sister and I ordered the build your own plate where you pick one base and three market sides. I ordered the maple glazed crispy tofu, mac and cheese, greens/brown rice and the kale caesar... SO GOOD! That mac and cheese is everything Tik Tok said it was. I would literally eat a bowl of just that. Everything mixed in one bite is absolutely mouthwatering.

Please try Dig if you haven't already!

Food here tastes pretty good. Very fresh ingredients and everything is seasoned well. I always love the Mac and cheese side because it tastes so good and creamy! It's not salty and just right!

Their sauces are good too and can come on the side. I always choose pesto, mustard, and sriracha sauces to go with my food.

Line can be long during lunch. Luckily the line moves very quick so the wait time is not that long. Try to come here at 12pm and it will be less people.

I like DIG's food especially the chicken sandwich and salad with avocado. I also like their side, such as the baked beans which you can order with the sandwich.

Amazing fast service! I enjoyed the quality of the food as well. It was nicely seasoned and the ambiance of the mall set the scene.

NOT try their dinner menu.!its all left over from lunch.for $60 you got tiny amount of food as you can see from my photo.PLUS, the salad been left over over the whole day and went bad ,!!
it smells terrible ! We didn't feed this to our kids and just dumped everything. Be aware, do NOT try their dinner take out !

Was so happy when I found out Dig was at Brookfield. I work across the street from it now and I will be going a lot more! However today my go to charred chicken was a little more charred than I'm used to - some were really black as shown on the pic. I also had the brown rice, mac and cheese and broccoli. The sides are as good as any other locations I've been to.

Line wasn't bad as well - but maybe that's just due to people not returning to offices 5 days a week. It moved super quick too and the portions are pretty fair.

All in all - maybe the chicken today was left on the grill a bit too long, hopefully next time I go it won't be the case.
